There are regular changes that take place in the market. There is key role of
analyzing the trends so that best decisions are taken by the enterprise. Business
enterprise can be defined as an entity that works to enhance sales of products and
services with the motive of earning profit (Frolova and et.al., 2021) . There is need of
creativity and innovation so that best actions can be taken by the firm. In today’s time
the business organization that has ability of adopting changes are able to gain
advantage over others. The essay is based on understanding the meaning of
enterprise culture, creativity and innovation. There is key role of analyzing the
relationship among them so that the business is able to take the necessary actions.
In the end of this essay, the contribution of creativity, innovation and enterprise to

time. There are different situations that take part in organizational and when all the
working staff maintain relationship they are able to manage the situations effectively.
Communication is the process that facilitates transfer of information from one party
to another. There is key role of communication in attaining success and having
positive culture. Having effective communication helps the employees to work in
best suitable manner and helping all the people in workforce. For example, in
Unilever all the employees are given good working conditions that keep them
motivated and helps the company to attain the objectives. The success of the

are various events that are handled effectively by the workforce of Unilever due to
the support they get from higher authority.
Creativity is one of the important term that can be understood as the ability to
develop new ideas and concerting them into reality. There is requirement of a
creative person in every organization who is able to manage the work effectively and
carry on all the workings in suitable manner (Kiranantawat and Ahmad, 2022). The
use of creative ideas is necessary for being in trend in today’s time and to manage
the working in suitable manner. A creative person when hears any problem is able to
come up with a creative solution. All the problems are solved by their creative ideas.
In business, there is key role of creativity in the success of business enterprise. It
provides new and innovative ideas to the organization so that all of their problems
are solved. The brand image of the company is changes on regular basis so that
best results are attained. In today's time there is requirement of having creativity so
that all the problems are solved in right time. In regard to Tesco, the company
analyses the situation of Covid-19. At that time, the company adopted creative ideas
and provided home delivery to the customers. There is need of managing the work
in such a manner that best solutions are attained. The creative ideas are related to
long term growth and profitability of the origination.
Innovation is the process of making changes in the present products so that
best is being provided to the customers. There is requirement of innovation to the
businesses so that they are able to attract customers. It can be done by analysis the
trends in market and knowing about the requirements of the customers the regular

features to the products and service, the company must be aware about their needs

that help them to bring innovation effectively. There are various benefits of bringing
