INTRODUCTION
In recent times it is very important for any organisation to make effective strategies to brig
creativity and innovation for the betterment of society, people, environment, employees as well
as itself in order to survive in competitive market. Innovation and creativity refers to the
introducing something different or effective which enhance the living condition of people as well
as profitability of the company (Burns, 2020). Currently the people attracted towards the
organisation which launch new creative product and services to meet their desires. To define the
concept of innovation and creativity the selected organisation is Premier Inn which is the largest
hotel chain in UK. It was founded in 1987 by Whitbread in order to provide hospitality services
to the people across the world.
The project covers the relationship between Enterprise Culture, Creativity and Innovation
and an examination of how they contribute to social and economic progress.
MAINBODY
The enterprises culture refers to the internal environment of the company which includes
tradition, beliefs, assumptions, value as well as morale that drives the action and behaviour of
people towards the achievement of the organisation goals. it has been seen that In Premier Inn,
the management try to develop positive and favourable environment in their organisation so the
employees feel motivated and work as team to meet the desired goals of the company in effective
manner. it helps them to encourage their employees to step out from their comfort zone as well
as put their best efforts to bring creativity and introduce innovation to increase sales and
profitability of the company (Calboli, 2022). Enterprise culture plays most important role in the
development of connection among team members as well as with employers in order to make
effective strategy by using best ideas given by them to increase the productivity as well as
profitability of the business. It enables the management to increase the potential of their skilled
and experienced employees to generate best ideas to complete the task in less cost and time to
increase the profit margin of the company. Creativity has been termed as the ability to generate
unique and new ideas to complete a task and project in order to increase overall efficiency of the
firm. It is refers to the developing new ideas, technology, process, method, product and services
to meet the desired goals effectively (Campbell, 2018).

In Premier Inn it is very important to bring creativity and transformation in their process,
methods as well as product and services as per the situation and recent trends in order to attract
the customers to increase brand value and market share. Creativity leads to the innovation as it is
the process of creating value by executing the new ideas, methods and product in effective
manner within given time, resources or funds in order to increase the productivity of the
company. Innovation can be understood as the process of converting ideas and plans into real
sense as well as execute the planned strategies, methods to meet the objectives of firm. such as
installing new and advance technology in Premier Inn for their marketing activities like social
media marketing to influence the purchasing behaviour of customers along with engage them for
the long time (Hu and Luo, 2020). It is very imperative of the firm to bring innovation in their
organisation, operations and product or services to meet the customer expectation as well as win
competitive advantage over competitors. In modern era it helps the company to increase their
brand value or profitability by providing innovative items to the customers to increase their
experience.
It has been determining that enterprise culture, creativity and innovation are interlinked with
each other which allow the company to create something valuable and effective in order to
enhance the quality of people life, product and services. It has been determining that Enterprise
culture decided the level of creativity and innovation in organisation. such as if the culture is
rigid then the employees are bounded to their specific job role along with they perform their task
only as they are allowed to take participation in the activities and decision making of
organisation (Hyams-Ssekasi and Caldwell, 2018). Whereas, if the culture is liberal as well as
manager allow the employees to work freely as well as use their mind to lead the task then the
employees put their more efforts to complete the task in unique manner in order to get
appreciation as well as reward. In this type of culture, the leaders allow the team members to find
out the best possible manner to perform the task in less time and cost as well as give incentive to
them who work best which motivate employees to think creatively in order to bring innovation in
the company. They also provide various benefits to employees so they fulfil their personal and
professional needs to become dedicated towards the organisation (Idris, Saridakis and Khan,
2022). In Premier Inn, the organisation culture is people oriented as well as role oriented in
which every have equal right and power to complete their assigning task in effective manner as
well as manager give them opportunities to work as per the qualification as well as skills in order

better surrounding to their employees along with allow them to make connection with other
members in order to work on a project and find out best solution and method to bring innovation
in the company (Jiao, Wang. and Liu, 2019). They also provide training to them and encourage
them to conduct continuous development of their skills and abilities in order to think creatively
and determine best possible alternative or techniques to increase the overall efficiency and
productivity of the company. If they think, image and develop ideas which is different and
unique then they also make strategies to execute in effective manner in order to provide
innovative hospitality product and services which leads to maximise customer experience and
sales of company. Such as they make plan to install solar system to operate machinery, electric
items, heaters, boilers and many more in order to save electricity and fulfil their social corporate
responsibility. they also install various plants in their organisation in order to provide eco-
friendly services as well as sustainable product which make the world saver and healthier place
to live (Martin and Wilson, 2018). They organise development program by sending employees
on work shop, training, seminars as well as other organisation which helps them to develop their
understanding about new technology which they use to provide innovative services in their
organisation it also develops the feelings among employees to be valued, confident to become
specialist in their field for future innovation.
The enterprise culture, creativity and innovation contribute to the social and economic
progress. It has been seen that in the organisation operations and activities has direct impact on
economy and society. It they produce something innovative as well as introduce in international
market then the generate huge amount of revenue which leads to increase in economy of the
country. The Premier Inn, it is largest hotel chain which contributed huge in the development of
economy as well as generate employment opportunities for the local people so they live their life
in better condition (Purcell and Chahine, 2019). By using innovative techniques like sustainable
business program, attractive outlook and better quality services they attracted large number of
tourist in the country which allow local people to start their new business in order to provide
information about their tradition, culture and history to tourist in order to increase their

experience. Further, they expand their business in many developed country which leads to
increase in demand of people for efficient working in organisation, so they hire more people in
country which leads to increase in income of people along with job opportunities so indirectly in
contributed in increasing the GDP of country (Schröter and Cameron, 2022). They provide
innovative services to customers so they work as the Public relation for company by sharing their
positive experience to the people across the world so they visit the place and spend their money
to meet their social needs. as the result of this they generate more profit and invest it on
developing new innovative project addition to the development of employees which make them
professional along with encourage them to give their best efforts to helps needy people and
organise some program for them so they live better life. In recent times, it is very important for
every organisation to follow the guidelines of Corporate social responsibility in their business
policies by making plan to reduce waste, pollution and various gases in environment for the
future generation as well as use natural resources in optimum manner for sustainability in the
country. The management of the Premier Inn motivate employees by conducting meeting and
open discussion with them to generate new idea in order to reduce waste, save water, electricity
as well as use advance machinery which produce less pollution for improve the environment
condition (Teng. and Turner, 2018). They also use better quality of items, material in making
food in order to make low fat, healthy and effective food to improve the health condition of the
customers as well as encourage them to revisit it again which leads to increase in customer base
and profitability of the company. By following code of conduct and giving equal opportunities to
each people, gender they inspire other organisation to follow the same in their organisation to
operate their business for long run. They Also encourage youth to develop their creativity and
technical skills in order to get job opportunities in leading company to meet their personal and
career goals to become successful.

CONCLUSION
As per the above presented information, it has been concluded that culture, creativity and
innovation are interlinked with each other which enhance the productivity of company as well as
living standard of people. Culture refers to the norms and values in an organisation which direct
employees to work with their best possible manner to develop creative ideas along with make
effective plan in order to execute the ideas in systematic manner. Innovation helps the company
to make their brand, polices, goods and services different from the competitors as well as
contribute to the welfare of the society, country, employees, environment and so on. They also
create an example of the sustainable organisation in order to inspire other to create innovative
ideas for the overall development of economy, community and world.
