Enterprise Environmental Factors:
There are internal factors and external factors regarding the enterprise environmental
factor. Internal factor includes the organizational structure, culture of the organization,
working style in the organization. Apart from that the organizational policies like work at
week end, doing the overtime is also included in the enterprise environmental factor (Liu &
Gao, 2017). After that the review of the employee skill is also considered as internal factor in
the enterprise environmental factors.
The external factor in the enterprise environmental factors include the government
regulations, market conditions and the political situations. Apart from that the economic
condition of the project is also include in the external factor (Zinovieva et al., 2016).
Infrastructure and the culture of the country are also included in the external factors.
Tools and technique to analysis the impact of EEF:
Some of the tools and techniques for the analysis of the impact of EEF can be done
through project management information system. Apart from that using the Microsoft project
can also be used for the analysis of the impact. The main advantage of using the project
management information system like Microsoft Project is that the resources along with the
time and the cost can be allocated with each of the task. Apart from that the work break down
structure can be achieved through this application.
Justification of the selection:
The selection of the Microsoft Project for the analysis of the impact of EEF is
justified as all the components of the project can be mentioned through the system. Apart
from that the cost and the resources allocated for each of the components in the project can be
mentioned in a proper way through the implementation of the mentioned tools and
techniques. Apart from that internal and external factors can be analysed through this tool.

Feedback:
The feedback is given by the other student on this discussion. It has been seen that
according to the most of the students the discussion can include more examples of the project
management plan. However, as the most used project management tool the name of the
project is MS project management. However, in this context the use of another popular
project management tool Project Libra has been mentioned.
According to the feedback, the mention of the different project management standards
can be mentioned. Though the mention of the standards are not relevant in the context for the
evaluation of the good project manager. However, it can be considered as the standards
through which the project manager can improve the overall progress of the system.
The mention of the leadership quality in the discussion is appreciated by the other
peers. They agree that with the proper implementation of the leadership quality will help the
team members to get motivated in the work. Apart from that they can feel indulged in the
development of the project.
However, the importance of the communication and the influential quality of the
project manager is needed to be considered in this context, according to some of the peers.
According to them the project manager should influence the team members in a positive way
so that they can get indulged with the work in a more significant way. However, the overall
discussion seems meaningful for most of the peers who reviewed the discussion.
