Contributions to the Group Assignment
The contributions that is have made in the group assignment is that is have done the
part of ERP implementation that are required in the company and the business process
reengineering part of the assignment where i have learnt that the ERP implementation is very
important for the company as it will automate the procedures of the company and it will also
provide reports to the company that will have information like number of customers, profits
and revenues generated. I have also done the BPR part. I have seen that the change of
business procedure is important for the organization as it can give high quality services to the
clients. I have done the research about the whole group assignment and then provided it to
my group members in order to do the required part to be done by the group members. I have
made my group members understand what is to be done in the assignment and then made
them understand the case study and about the company. After they have learnt the whole
thing, then they did the rest of the assignment.
Learning Experience
Communication is very important in the group assignment. There was good
communication among our team members and we have done the assignment together. First, i
have studied about the whole case study and researched about the ERP implementation and
business process reengineering. After that i have communicated with my group members and
told them what to do in the assignment. I have also communicated about them about the part i
have done and according to that, the team members have done the assignment.
Communication has been a key part of the group assignment and the group members have
listened to me during the working procedure.
Problem solving has been an important part of the group assignment and my team
members had good problem solving skills. They have learnt the case study from me and

studied the case study repeatedly and then after that they have started doing the assignment.
They have researched a lot in order to solve the problems that are given in the group
assignments. The part where the group members were stuck, i did the research and solved the
questions that they could not do. The learning experience was good when doing the group
assignment and everybody gave equal effort to finish the assignment.
The group development was very good in order to achieve the goals for the
assignment. My team members were very good and they have communicated very well
during the working procedure of the assignment. We helped each other in doing the
assignment and researched very well before starting the assignment. The case study was
studied repeatedly and after the assignment was started. The learning experience was good in
doing the assignment and the group members have given equal effort in doing the
assignment. I have learnt from the group assignment that communication, problem-solving
skills is required in doing any assignment and this was no exception.
