Processing System (TPS) has used for all the transactions of a firm, which are important from their
revenue and profit point of view. Moreover, the Management Information System (MIS) has used for
many purposes in the business of a firm. Mostly, employees have used MIS systems for managing their
works, as it has increased their performance and productivity (Baer, 2018).
Moreover, the MIS system identifies information needs to manage different works in the enterprise.
However, the Knowledge Management System (KMS) has identified knowledge needs to complete
different tasks. MIS system has stored data and information for managing various processes. KMS has
used for creating new knowledge and acquirement of knowledge (Bertot, et al., 2012). A firm has used
MIS for distribution of information and KMS has used for sharing the knowledge between different
people. MIS has used the information for decision-making and other works. However, KMS has used
