Introduction
The entire study will be based into personal reflection as by delivering personal reflection it will
be possible for any individual to further describe any form of incident. Through the help of
adequate as well as effective personal reflection, it will be possible for any individual personal to
deliver their key attributes in different forms of skills at certain extension. Personal reflection is
also quite useful at outlining personal strengths as well as weakness form a specified incident. In
the exact study, I will reflect on my learning from a specific incident, which is a group task.
Moreover, it is quite evidenced that there are several different types of methods as well as
theories that can be used for reflecting personal experience. In the exact study, I will use the
reflection cycle of Gibbs in order to reflect the personal findings as well as different skills that I
learned during the entire experience.

From a range of different reflective methods, I choose the Gibbs reflection cycle since it is one of
the most easy as well as effective model that helped me towards reflecting my personal
experience regarding the group activity at certain extension. The reflective cycle of Gibbs is
divided further into six different steps, which are description, findings, evaluation, analysis, and
conclusion and action plan. All of these steps are adequately helpful; towards reflecting the
overview of a personal incident. My reflection on the group activity that has been conducted at
PIGG Plc has been described below using the reflective cycle of Gibbs.
Description- At the specific section of entire Gibbs reflective cycle, I am going to reflect on my
personal experience while thriving at the particular situation at certain extension. At the weekly
team meeting at the organisation PIGG PLC, the entire meeting as well as project was being
constructed in order to create a completely new database. The database is needed to be
constructed in such a way that can further be used for the information system from the
perspective of the management team at certain extension (Brock et al., 2017). Power point
presentation has been used for conducting the group presentation at certain extension. Moreover,
I, all of my colleagues as well as our entire management department took active participation at
the group activity in order to create the overall database. At the time, different employees have
been asked to come up on and represent their ideas. I have also come up with adequate idea for
solving some of the raised confliction among the managerial job role at certain extension.
At the initial phase, I thought that the overall presentation was going to last for a week or so
since there are so many employees as well as managerial heads. However, I was quite shocked to
observe the fact that the entire presentation lasts only for one day and most of the employees
took lesser time for their presentation that I had been previously anticipated. In addition to that,
since I had to reflect on my previously made presentation, I need to conduct several practice
seasons so that I can reflect as well as represent my entire presentation regarding managerial
database at certain extension (Travis, 2017). Therefore, I needed to rely into some acting skill
that helped me thoroughly at representing my power point presentation. I needed to prepare
different type of figures, tables as well as graphs in order to represent my initial findings though
the power point presentation. While starting the group presentation, I did not have any personal

thought that it was due to my bad communication, social interaction as well as my
interpersonal skills at certain extension. I wanted to impress every other employee including my
superiors, which is why I put greater attention towards the presentation findings while not
improving my entire acting skill (Okun et al., 2016). At the time, I personally felt that acting
skills are quite important towards representing a power point presentation in front of other
people. However, I had found out that I was very calm as of my body language despite the fact
that I was feeling very nervous at the time of proving the group presentation. My writing as well
as researching skills is also needed to be moved up subsequently for providing power pointy
presentation in flawless manner.

well and some of the tings does not go as smoothly as I had been anticipated previously. As an

goes well as I had adequate researching and writing skill from the beginning of my professional
journey at certain extension (Smith et al., 2018).

has told me to stop the presentation as I was not backtracking my findings at all, leading towards
bad representation. Moreover, after several days of that presentation incident, my superior has
told me to improve some of my aspects so that I can further improve my entire presentation skill
at certain extension. In addition to that, I have also observed that I have made several mistakes at
the time of providing presentation. I skipped some of the parts that needed broad discussion.
However, in future context I personally think that I can mitigate such limitation since my
superior had told me how to give power point representation. She told me not to write up
extensive amount of information at the slide since it can confuse me at the time of giving
presentation (Parlamis and Monnot, 2019). In addition to that, she also told me to not think much
and keep my clam before presentation since not keeping clam might also lead towards disastrous
representation of my key findings.
Moreover, I can also evaluate that I needed to increase my personal perception at power point
related skills, as I do not have much knowledge regarding some key attributes of power point
representation.
Analysis- I have learned from the experienced that I have adequate researching, planning as
well as writing skill and I did not need to work much for strengthening these skills. However, my
self-confidence level is needed to go up even further as due to the lack of self-confidence I failed
at representing the power point presentation. In addition to that, I think that I needed to boost up
my personal communication skill as well as interpersonal skill so that I can make better
communication in future context. Moreover, I can also analyse that my acting skills are needed
to be developed also for my professional career (Notaras et al., 2018).
Conclusion- From the entire incident, I think that I can easily point out several positive as well
as negative things. I failed at representing my findings despite the fact that I was getting ready
for the actual presentation. In future, I think I needed to improve my communication as well as
interpersonal and acting related skills so that I can handle similar situations in future context.
Action plan- In order to improve my communication skill, I am willing to take on several classes
