The purpose of this report is to discuss the concerns related to the enterprise
mobility management in small and medium sized industries. These industries are also
termed as small-to-medium sized enterprises or SMEs. It is stated in this report that in
bigger sized industries the security concerned with the use of mobile devices under the
domain of their mobility business strategy are addressed by the IT department of the
company. Often in small and medium sized industries, it is not, feasible to have a
department especially to carter the needs related to IT and security. As if the SMEs lack
these resources, implementing Enterprise mobility without much exercise may expose the
organization to vulnerabilities. The expense to opt for such resources is not an option in
the SMEs as in the case of big industries. This paper identifies the emerging concept of
enterprise mobility and understand the need to bring it to be used at SMEs. The paper
also identifies the security concerns related to the enterprise business mobility with the
SME’s perspective and suggest the most important and pressing issue that should be dealt
with first.
The good feature of this article is that it identifies the security concerns with the
Enterprise mobility very effectively. However, this report fails to suggest and solution to
implement Enterprise mobility at SMEs without having security threats to the
organization practicing it. Few necessary security technologies such as VPNs, MSP and

MDM are suggested for the SME to adhere to but still it would not be recommended
totally, as if it still have vulnerabilities to it.

This report discusses the process of implementing enterprise mobility within an
organization and talks about in general of the details of enterprise mobility. This report
gives a very good idea of the general concept of enterprise mobility. This report identifies
the rapid growth in the number of organization adopting to the policy of allowing the use
of mobile at work for business purposes. Whilst discussing the details it also features, the
challenges and concern raised or witnessed to implement enterprise mobility as business
strategy. The report identifies the capabilities and potential to enhance the organizational
efficiency by bringing up more flexible and convenient business solutions to the
employees. However, there are some issues related to security identified with the
integration of enterprise mobility as business strategy. The complexity in technology is
also an issue that should be addressed in order to ensure successful implementation of
enterprise mobility within an organization. The report also discusses about the post
process of implementing Enterprise mobility such a controlling and coordinating it.
Monitoring and mapping the progress and looking for opportunities to optimize the
processes even further.
The good feature of the article is it provides a very good general idea of
Enterprise mobility, how to implement it within an organization, strategies to implement
it within an organization, the issues related to enterprise mobility. However, this article
fails to discuss anything in much of detail and rather just skim through the generalized

concepts. It also fails to provide necessary solution to the issues related to the enterprise
management.

This report discuss the effects on information quality and system quality on the
basis of using mobile at work and incorporating enterprise mobility as a business
management solution. This report identifies the enterprise mobility solution to be part of
the dynamic business environment and to have the organization to experience a
competitive edge over the organization who do not practice it. The report suggest that a
little interest is paid to the impact on the information quality being produced by the
impact of system quality in enterprise mobility solution. In addition the relationship
between the two above mentioned factors are investigated by considering task
interdependence and task mobility as the control variables. The results were summarized
using the surveys conducted at various big and small industries incorporating the use of
enterprise mobility solution. Both the practical and theoretical implications of the results
are illustrated in the report. However the system quality does not imply significant effects
in both the cases that is the task mobility and task interdependence. The report concludes
that adopting enterprise mobility is essential to cope up with the business conditions that
is the environment and technology which are changing rapidly. It is the requirement of
the organization to keep up with the trends to have an edge. Adopting tablets and

smartphones with the development of telecommunication technologies it is getting easier
for the implementation of enterprise mobility without the security vulnerabilities. The
report also concludes that the market size is increasing and it is easier to incorporate
enterprise mobility to tackle the challenges.
