Introduction and Purpose
The work breakdown structure of the four seasons is the implementation of the
technological aspects of gathering details. Requirement of rooms, laying of internet cables for
internet connection, detailing the floor plan for all 180 rooms with facilities that include ipad.
There are automated sensors for room service, messaging service for in-house addressing of
guests by hotel reception department, installation of sensors and automated, internet enabled
car services are the parts that include the technological aspects of the work breakdown
structure.
The Project Work Plan
The scope of this project is to develop a technologically enhanced hotel to serve
customers quality-lodging services. The rooms are enhanced with technological equipment’s
that control room temperature, lights with automated sensors and the entire hotel premises is
entirely equipped with sensors and the room service can be availed through messaging service,
hotel cars with wi-fi services enabled. The entire work plan is devised to facilitate customers
with quality room services with automated facilities.
