ERP’s implementation in HR management enables organization in easily accomplishing
error-prone and very difficult activity. Software of ERP integrates with HRD with organization’s
every other department as well as unifies every employee along with their information which are

ERP software helps to untangle complexities of other activities of HR by providing
digital solutions. This solution provides scope for mid-level and top-level managements as well
as individual departments for registering their need of manpower (Slabbert, Seymour and

System of ERP automates burdensome tasks that are involved in process of recruitment
as well as helps organizations in establishing efficient process for recruitment. Additionally with

driving license, identity card, insurance and medical card are maintained through this software
