Introduction
In this assignment, an analysis will be done over the job advertisements. The focus will be
provided over the required technical skills for the candidate who makes them best suitable
candidate for the job.
Summary of the commonalities across all three advertisements, highlighting the
enterprise skills most valued
The common factors are requirements of effective communication and technical skills in all
the three assignments for performing better in the job.
The first job advertisement is looking for the candidates for the job role of Consultant in HR
department of Deloitte. The major job responsibilities of the candidates will be to interact
with the clients, analyse their data and develop business cases for the clients. Working with
HR strategies and digital HR to workforce solution is an integral part of the job profile.
Working with SAP and Oracle solutions are also required to perform best in the job. Full co-
operation is demanded from the employees in order to promote them in learning the essential
skills for the growth of the business (Deloitte, 2020).
The second job advertisement is related to Child wellbeing centre which is looking to hire an
intern of psychology to deal with the different types of cases with Child and adolescent. The
centre required a candidate who will be able to deal with social, behavioral and emotional
challenges of the child and adolescent on a part time bases. The centre requires the candidate
only to work three days within a week only in the month of April. Working on Saturday is
mandatory and rest of the week only two days are required to work. The organisation is
offering to development in the professional field of the clients by giving them proper plate-
form to develop their assessment and therapy skills (centre, 2020).
PWC require graduate candidates to work with Accounts, finance and analytical field of the
Company. It offers an opportunity to develop the professional skills of the candidates by
providing them a better opportunity to learn the skills sets of finance, accounts and analytical
departments (Connection, 2020).

Company will be taking online test followed with digital interviews to find out suitable
candidates to be hired. This is a kind of graduate training program because candidates will be
getting training in the different departments of the Company. Only graduate candidates or
those who are doing their graduation are required for the Company. Study leaves and other
facilities will be provided by the Company for ensuring about proper running of study of the
candidate simultaneously adding special features in their profile. Flexible working conditions
are offered by the Company in order to make the candidate capable in handling his academic
performance (Connection, 2020).
Required most valued enterprise and technical skills
A very good communication skill is highly required to interact with the clients. For becoming
familiar with the SAP and Oracle helps the candidates in becoming expert in technical field
so that they can develop exclusive business plans and solutions for their clients. A natural
zeal towards learning and performing well is the major trait which is expecting from the
employees (Deloitte, 2020).
The candidate should have a genuine interest for working with children and adolescent. He or
she should possess minimum academic requirements for the job. Experience in dealing with
child and adolescent would be appreciated by the management. Registration with AHPRA is
must. Administrative skills is also helps the candidate in managing the work of the centre
(centre, 2020).
A proper zeal towards learning the different technical tools is important for the candidate.
The person should be self-motivated towards learning and shaping his career in the field of
finance. The candidate should be good at taking initiatives in terms of accumulating the
required set of technical skills. It can be said that enthusiastic candidates are required for the
job that are extremely focused about developing their career by adding more technical
features in their profile (Connection, 2020).
Application of these skills in the job role
Effective communication helps in dealing with clients. A very effective presentations and
interpersonal skills are required to deal with the clients of different cultural backgrounds.
Ability to work with a team is very important for the overall performance of the candidate. It
can be said that a particular set of communication, technical and interpersonal skills are

required to perform best in the job. Hence these set of skills helps in improving the
performance of the Company in terms of productivity and client satisfaction (Deloitte, 2020).
These set of skills helps the candidate in assessing the problems of child and adolescent. It
also enhances the therapy techniques of the candidate. Very good communication skills with
understanding the behaviour of child and adolescent would be best suitable to deal with the
clients. An in depth knowledge of psychology is highly demanded to meet the basic
requirements of the job. A very decent, familiar and positive behaviour is required to handle
the child and adolescent cases because it is very tough to deal with the patients of child
having psychological issues. These set of skills helps in providing efficient therapy to the
patients (centre, 2020).
The above stated set of skills not only helps the candidates in learning professional skills for
his career but also helps the candidate in developing his personality for performing better in
professional field. These skills also enhance technical capability of the client and improve the
leadership qualities of the client so that they can perform better in their job role (Connection,
2020).
Evidence to demonstrate my capability for continued improvement
I worked very effectively with the team members for improving my communication skills. I
tried my best to gather and inculcate the technical skills for continuous improvement in my
professional life. I am focussing on learning new technologies and will try to improve my
communication skills by interacting with the team members (Deloitte, 2020).
I gave treatment to a child and he recovered very much. I am still trying to improve my soft
skills so that I can interact effectively with children and adolescents. I tried my best to gather
therapy related skills so that I can improve my talent in providing treatment to the clients. I
will definitely improve me enterprise skills by making a lot of interest while solving the
queries of the patients (centre, 2020).
I learnt the new technical skills by learning new digital tools. I tried my best to learn more
digital tools so that I can enhance my technical skills, which is highly beneficial for the
growth of the organisation and it will contribute in my career development (Connection,
2020).
