the goals and objectives. There are the vision and mission which is needed to accomplish. The
gist about finance and economy are undertaken for better creation of business plan. it is
important to have the structural road map to make the business successful. It is important to have
the mission, motivation and the longer vision about where does the organisation stands in the
future. the business needs to be cost effective whereas it should stand out and make the impact in
the consumer. There should be the clarity and lucidity in the operations of business. This repost
is based on the newly launched start up spilled beans (Koenka., 2020). The proper breakdown
will be done in order to create the impactful bran position in the market.
Proposed Future Business
The business industry which has taken is the hotel industry. The spilled beans are the

brought in the organisation which will makes the task simpler and easy for the employee. The
robots have been used for serving and the customer can also order all by themselves by using the
automated order machine. The other innovative method and approach has been used which will
also serve the mission and purpose that is the healthy lifestyle. The hybrid and organic veggies
are being used as the spilled beans have their own farm where they grow the organic and non-
artificial injected vegetables. The company uses all those organic ingredients for making the
delicious dishes. Customers The customer has targeted every sort of generation. As the
particular demographic has not been aimed. Their aim is for those audience who love the culture
and history and have the keen interest into the culture and in the historical things. As the
infrastructure is representing the history and the art of the two distinctive nations. The most
unique selling point of the 0orgnaisation is the warmness and the friendly comfortable
environment and the solace in the dishes they get after having it. The dish indie is the highest

unique products and the service and their unique selling point gives the edge in the market.
whereas there is high competition in the market which makes it difficult in sustaining the
business. as the unique and distinctive things in the hotel i9ndustry due to this the spilled beans
are able to make their position in the market and sustain without collapsing. the organisation has
the one more pros which makes them to endure is their mission and vison as the people are
became more of health conscious the innovation they brought which makes them to stand out in
the market. whereas the services they offer in the market and their unique and design packaging
also gives the edge. Further the competition in this industry is tough as there are numerous
restaurant who sells the dishes. Whereas the innovation and constant upgradation in the
organisation has made the things possible to survive in the market. Skills analysis
The numerous kills we4re required in order to achieve the desired result and growth the
company. There were the certain skills which were seen and taken those employees who possess
those skills. Here are the certain skills which is mentioned:
Financial management: this was the most important and essential skill which was
necessary for anyone who was joining the financed department. the individual need to have the
structural and proper management of the finance, cash flows and the profits. The financial aspect
of the company need to be managed effectively and efficiently. Communication: the
communication skills were highly needed in the employee who can share the thoughts and ideas
without any hesitation as well as the person can communicate with customer which majorly
includes the interaction with the customers and able to solve the customer queries without any
sort of problem. the communication will also help the organisation in the expansion as for the
networking the communication and conversation is needed. Problem solving: the individual
should be a great problem solver and quick to react where they should react to any problem
quickly and answer the any worse situation rapidly as well as the critical thinking helps to
analyse the problem and answer all the queries of a customer. further the individual need to
understand and solve the problem of the customer effectively and efficiently. The solving and
negotiation skills was the one of the major requirement and need in any employee who work in
the hotel industry. Funding The organisation needed the funds where they can expand the
business where the business plan required the significant of funding which would make the path
easier and simple in future. as the single handled money was not enough to continue the project.

the organisation has taken the considerable amount of money from the different areas for
instance the organisation has taken considerable amount of money from bank(Kampira., 2018)
, the investors help was also undertaken such as the angel which heled in expanding and growing
the business. the money was of mine was also invested in the company which helped in
expanding the business.
The organisation is single propertied and single handled by me the company has also patent
the design as it was unique and totally designed by using the creativity which was not anywhere
in the any restaurant as it is the creative and the designed totally by the interior designer
(Engel., 2022. ). The patent was of dishes too was the recipe as the most sold dishes indie has
the confidential recipe which will not be copied and no one can try to recreate the same dish as
the dish is the hierarchy dish which include the authencity flavour of the India and the
compoinen6ts which has been used is authentic and close to the nations. The future of the
business is that the organisation will be keep growing by keeping the authencity of the dishes.
the future is the expansion of the restaurant in a global platform. the company will also invest in
other areas and tries to give the best experience to their customers. The organisation will also
take and initiate the various campaign in order to promote the healthy lifestyle as it is one of their
vision too.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that the organisation has included various and
numerous things which will help the company to grow. There are the skills which will boost the
growth of the company. the organisation has incorporated the advance technology for growth and
the significant amount of investor has been undertaken which has helped the organisation to start
and grow exponentially. the vison and mission has been kept intact and taken forward without
losing the authencity and losing their path.
