INTRODUCTION
Entrepreneurship is the process of discovering some new ways of combining resources in
order to generate market value. It is helpful for the combination of the entrepreneurs to develop
their own business through practices. In this project Stardust has been taken as a new
organization in the food industry restaurant which is going to be known for its noodles. This
project is going to evaluate the opportunities for the advancing an idea such that it meets the
market gap or requirements and allows the enterprise to grow. It will also analyse the skills and
resources which are required for the development of the business. This project will develop a
plan for the business to pitch a proposition for the potential investors.
MAIN BODY

The product of this organization is going to be noodles. There are many types of noodles
with different flavours available in the market. Specially in China noodles is one of the most
favourite option. This organization is going to provide the customers with different types of
noodles which have different flavours. Some differences in the noodles are going to be from their
origin means the places from where they have originated. Yi mein noodle from China,
Danfnyeon from Korea and Ramen which are specialized in America. This is going to be the
innovation which the Stardust is going to bring in the market with the help of innovation in the
types of noodles from all the parts of the world. This is going to attract the customers as they
would find the diversity in the forms of the noodles.
Trademark is going to be most appropriate form of intellectual property right for this type
of business and its business model (Kocaman, 2021). This is considered to be the work or phrase
which is able to design or combine different things for the identification of the goods and
services. It is considered to be the best form intellectual property rights for the identification of
the sources of goods and services, providing legal protection for the brand and also guarding
against the counterfeiting and fraud.

In order to analyse the target customers of this business the STP analysis can be used,
Segmentation :
The market segmentation of this business would be developed from the research in which
the potential customers which are present in the form of demographics are going to be able to
segmented in small groups and also be able to increase the customers base for this organization
(Alonzo,and et.al., 2020). As the noodles is a very general food item it will be consumed with
all the different types of customers irrespective of their age, gender, family and geographical
demographics. However, it can be said that most customers of this product are going to be people
from the age of 15-25.
Targeting :
The market target is considered to be the factor which helps in the attraction of the
potential customers which are helpful for the attracting the segmented customers base and their
steps. The customers base and their profit is considered to be very easy to measure but are also
dependent on the profit of the organization. It is helpful for the dividing of the short targeted
groups in which customers based and profit is easily measurable in between different segments
in the target market.
Positioning :
This is one of the last part of the STP analysis in which the product has to be positioned
in a way that it attracts the most competitors. The customers base of this organization for
increasing the profit of the organization. The focus of this organization it develops the brand
loyalty in way that it is able to attract the most customers.

For the analysation of the competition for this organization the porters five forces can be

The product of this organization is very versatile hence it is considered to be very easy
product to achieve diversity in the business. It can be said that the threats of the substitute is said
to have negative influence in the understanding.

The power of the customers in this market is very high as there are many restaurants and
take always shops were these products are available (Abdillah and Diana, 2018). This is bad for
the organization to gain competitive advantage.

The suppliers of this company are related to the raw material providers which are very
helpful for the production of noodles. Hence, it can be said that the business of the organization

results can be directly seen in the cash inflow of the organization which has been the result of
switching the funding methods. The break-even point of this organization needs to be considered
before the planning of the sales target. It is going to be the way in which the business would be
able to generate profit with the help of increased practices.
