and growth of the company in the future. All these components are promoted during the

planning software would be beneficial as it saves the time and energy of the managers in
controlling the complex procedure. Usually implementation of this software also eliminates

minimizes the expanses of the firm.
AUDIENCE
Being a business system requirement analyst it has been found that this company is using
the older version of enterprise system which contains limited tools in processing the overall

was found that there is an immediate need to upgrade various features and tools of the ERP
system. This project of adding advanced feature in ERP system will be helpful in aiding the
powerful features to the system. These features allow management of the company to smoothly
function various activities of the organisation such as finance, HR management, sales etc and it
also helps in maintaining the huge database related to product size, cost and standardized
manufacturing.
These all system requirement helps to overcome the situations which TGB is recently
facing. With the rapid increase in the complex activities of business, ERP software need to be
upgraded in order to provide efficient information in this highly competitive of reduced cost and
better logistics concepts. Also it was analyzed that current enterprise system fails to meet the
standardization which is very essential component of the company as it helps in analyzing the
cost and profitability of the firm. After the complete analysis and research of the company's
software requirement it was observed that TGB is lacking in processing the sales and financial
management. Implementation of upgraded features in ERP includes the integrated module need
to be developed for all the business operations and which helps in effectively managing the sales,
customer relationship, financial management, inventory management etc.

data is not provided and which is responsible for wrong cost and profitability estimation of the
product. As TGB is the fastest growing company and managements is also planning to develop
the smart electric bikes. So for this purpose company is in a much demand in order to improve

product, Management of TGB also need to upgrade the system which help in maintaining the
