AI Summary
This document presents an article review focusing on the integration of the Internet of Things (IoT) with enterprise systems. The review examines three key articles. The first article, "On IoT-services: Survey, Classification and Enterprise Integration," explores the current state of IoT services, their classification, and integration with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and enterprise systems. The second article, "IoT and Cloud Computing in Automation of Assembly Modeling Systems," discusses the application of IoT and cloud computing in automating assembly modeling systems, particularly within the manufacturing sector. The third article, "Real-time information capturing and integration framework of the internet of manufacturing things," presents a framework for real-time information capture and integration within the context of manufacturing, addressing challenges related to data processing and interoperability. The review highlights key findings from each article, including the challenges and benefits of IoT integration in various enterprise contexts, and provides relevant references.

1IoT INTEGRATION WITH ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS
Article 1: On IoT-services: Survey, Classification and Enterprise Integration
The paper “On IoT-services: Survey, Classification and Enterprise Integration” by
“Matthias Thoma, Sonja Meyer, Klaus Sperner, Stefan Meissner, Torsten Braun”, have been
associated with presenting the results of the recent survey that they have conducted related to the
usage of the services and the service oriented architecture with the IoT in terms of the projects
which are public funded and the research community. The paper in general has been associated
with identifying the lacks existing in the coherent definition along with classifying the IoT
services and the reason behind this is that it would be very much necessary for making
contributions towards providing service for science. The authors have presented a conceptual
view of the IoT services which are associated with allowing an easy integration of the IoT
entities with the SOA as well as with the science services. The paper identified that there are
certain differences between the services. The entire study had an objective of closing this gap.
Additionally the paper has also shown the usefulness of the entire abstraction for the BPMN
modelling and the integration of enterprise SOA.
Article 2: IoT and Cloud Computing in Automation of Assembly Modeling Systems
The paper “IoT and Cloud Computing in Automation of Assembly Modeling Systems”,
by “Chengen Wang, Zhuming Bi, and Li Da Xu”, have been associated with highlighting the fact
that IoT is one of the latest technology which is associated with causing a rapid change in the
entire business paradigm. But still the influence of the IoT upon the manufacturing sector has
still not been explored fully, the paper is arguing the fact that the adaptation of the IoT along
with the cloud computing based enterprise systems would be associated with helping in
overcoming the different kind of problems. The paper is associated with discussing about the
problems which are faced in the assembly plans of the products which are complex. For this

reason the paper proposes a cloud computing along with the IoT for the purpose of helping the
conventional assembly modelling systems so as to get evolved into advanced systems capable of
dealing with the complexities and changes in the automation, certain innovations are included
into the proposed system which would be helping in retrieving the relational assembly matrices
so as to plan the assembly and one example includes the modeling of the aircraft engines.
Article 3: Real-time information capturing and integration framework of the internet of
manufacturing things
The paper “Real-time information capturing and integration framework of the internet of
manufacturing things” by “Yingfeng Zhang, Geng Zhang, Junqiang Wang, Shudong Sun, Shubin Si & Teng
Yang” have been associated with discussing the fact that the typical challenges which are faced by the
manufacturing enterprises includes the lack in timely as well as accurate and consistent information related to
manufacturing things at the time of executing the manufacturing. The paper is associated with presenting an
architecture for real-time information capturing and integrating the Internet of Manufacturing things. This is done so
as to provide a new paradigm by means of extending the related to IoT manufacturing. The architecture presented in
this paper along with the key components can be embedded with different sensors which are capable of interacting
with one another. The paper has also considered the challenges related to processing of the huge amount of real-time
data into information which are useful along with exchanging it amongst the heterogeneous application system
which has led to eth designing of a Real-time Manufacturing Information Integration Service for the purpose of
achieving a seamless and connectivity of duel way along with the interoperability amongst the enterprise layers,
machine floor and the workshop floor layer. Lastly the paper presents a real-life scenario so as to illustrate the
proofs of this application.
