1CLOUD BASED ENTERPRISE SYSTEM
From the entire study I have understood that the implementation of the cloud-based
enterprise systems are very beneficial for any organization. The implementations of the cloud
based enterprise system is not only associated with helping in managing the data but is also
associated with helping in managing the other operations which an organization is having. For
better understanding the importance of the cloud based enterprise system, I have been associated
with analyzing the one case study related to the implementation in a particular organization that
is the PRO organization. Firstly I have been associated with discussing the major reason for
which the organization has decided of implementing the New Cloud based ERP system.
Due to the requirements of the organization it has been associated with deciding that they
would be implementing a cloud based ERP system so as to manage their differ processes.
Besides this form the case study, I have also understood that the cloud based enterprise systems
are essentially needed in eliminating most of the problems which are faced by the organizations.
It is also evident from the case study that there are numerous benefits of using this particular
technology however like the other technologies this particular technology is also having negative
effects. Throughout the entire report I have been associated with highlighting the benefits as well
as the challenges which are faced by the cloud based Enterprise systems. I have also understood
form the entire study that one of the major benefit is the growth of the potential information
storage system so as to form a framework which would be steady, dependable as well as secure
along with helping in expansion of the future clients by means of the high class operations and
office. So from the entire case study analysis, I have reached a conclusion that the usage of the
cloud based enterprise systems are not only associated with helping the organization in becoming
capable of building up of the business but is also associated with helping in attracting more
customers for the organizations as well.
