INTRODUCTION
Enterprise is an organisation which helps out to collaborate and frame effective

for completing the task as it provides the opportunities for increasing the advance skilled
work and production. Communication helps out to analyse all the important areas through
which better working environment can be maintained and it also helps out to evaluate all the
issues and maintain better working conditions (Willaert, 2021). In this report there will be a
brief discussion about successful teamwork and its importance by applying management
theories, meaning of contextualisation and its role on business management furthermore. it
will also cover development through the personal development plan and a skill audit.

Teamwork
When a particular work is being assigned to a group of people or a team in the
organisation in order to make it operated in a proper efficient manner and also to focus on our
common goal for the advancement of business practice in that sense teamwork is being made.
It is mainly a group of colleagues or members working together for a same task in order to
achieve the same goal or objective (Bolton, and et. al.,2021). Teamwork is mainly
corporation given by individuals by implementing their individual skills and also by
analysing and providing constructive and relevant feedback without any personal conflicts
that were being between them. It is a selfless effort given by individuals working together for
achieving a common goal by their collaborative efforts. This mainly provides a positive
attitude of people towards the organisation and also create a positive impact in the

atmosphere of working environment as it used to be made with the support of each other and
also helps out to combine individual strengths which evaluates and enhance the performance
of teams.
Example of successful teamwork:
Successful teamwork used to bring and build morale between the members as when
the work is being divided between all the members it is mainly being done faster than all the
other approaches and areas. The work is being more valued when the person used to
contribute in a team in order to produce the same goal and objective for better results. It is an
important way to make the employees being connected with each other and it also helps out

challenges. Tuckman Theory used to focus on giving the methods through which team tackles
all the task for completing the project. This is mainly relevant with the team building
challenges this mainly have three important stages through which the work and be framed
and Model can be explained effectively. They are mentioned as follows:
Forming: This is the initial stage where the teams are generally formed and
individuals but not being aware about the purpose and the task of the team and the
methods through which they are going to be fit in it. In this stage they were not being
aware about the ideas for which the team was being a sign and about working with the
individuals in our team. They are more likely to be curious, anxious and excited and
were looking forward for a particular and effective direction for the team. In this stage
mainly the team are being assembled and a particular task is to be allocated to them.
Here all the team members used to behave independently as they do not have much
knowledge about each other so they were most likely big not being able to trust each
