Introduction
The assignment helps in analyzing the different characteristics along with traits that is
required to be embedded in an entrepreneur. Different kind of behaviors along with actions has
to be analyzed with the influence of the traits.
The main aim and purpose of the assignment is to understand the different influences of
the character traits as well as implications of traits. This will be reflective in nature and the
emphasis is provided on career behavior and traits.
The structure is based on the results of the GET results along with different other tests
that is relevant in nature as well.
1. Meaning of the GET results as per the test I provided
From the results of GET, I have analyzed that I am occasionally enterprising in nature
wherein it can be understood that I would be willing to work with an organization. From the
respective result, it can be seen that I have medium requirement for achievement, as this will
help me in gaining knowledge towards different domains of task at workplace. I have analyzed
that I am efficient and effectual in the time management as well as independent in nature.
Furthermore, I analyzed that if I can start with my own business, I can cultivate and generate
positive results by applying the leadership skills. The risk taking ability is essential for me to
achieve the desired results in the business.
From the GET results, I have noticed that I have the risk taking ability in myself, as this
will help me in gaining positive results for my company. However, proper understanding is
required relating to analysis of the weaknesses in handling different kind of conflicts that can

have huge negative impact on the business. I have analyzed that I have the capability to take up
different challenges for the success of the business in an effective manner. From the score of
GET Test, I have seen that I am occasionally enterprising in nature wherein I am ready to take up
different challenges for protecting the reputation of the company in an effectual manner.

a) Contradictory Evidence for Evaluation
There are different kinds of mismatches between the psychometric tests that have been
taken by me in the site of TestMyCreativity. In the results generated from GET test, I have
achieved medium score in taking up different risky challenges along with creativity tendency.
Furthermore, it can be seen that i have achieved a score of 50% that helps in analyzing that I am
opportunistic as well as self- confident in nature. I have different skills relating to
entrepreneurship that helps me in making business successful and developing different positive
ideas. Furthermore, it can be seen that I have achieved similar kind of score in recognizing
myself wherein I feel that I would rather be happy to work as an entrepreneur and not an
intrapreneur. Lastly, for requirement of achievement in the organization, I feel that I am
optimistic in nature on viewing various things in an effective manner.
However, the test that has been taken by me in TestMyCreativity, i have analyzed few
different kind of aspects in my behaviour regarding the entrepreneur. In this test, I have seen that
I have the ability to solve different kind of issues related to business to gain competitive
advantage. I have seen that I have the ability to abstract different concepts from my ideas, as this
will help in making connection between different things that were not apparent in the initial

stage. In the respective test, I have seen that I have higher ability in solving different kind of
issues that will help in creating huge positive impact on the growth of the business.
b) Example of actions and behavior in life and business career
When I will start working as the entrepreneur for my organization, my main motive and
aim is to follow ethics, as this will help me in developing different kind of skills that will be new
in nature. For example- When I will start developing different habits of running the entire
environment and it will be performing well, then I will try to fuel the happiness by climbing
the rock and this will help in generating success in the field as well
The other example is when I will start working as an entrepreneur, and within few
months I will gain success, it does not mean that I will stop working hard and enjoy the
success. I will work more efficiently and effectively in nature, as this will help me in achieving
the goals in an effective manner.
3. Analysis of the antecedent influences
Educational Background
I completed my schooling in the year 2006 in commerce degree and pursued graduation
for two years i.e.; from 2016-2018 and will complete the master degree from a reputed institute.
One of the major papers in the MBA was entrepreneurship and small business management
wherein management of entrepreneurship was the course and I scored high degree.

Family Background
In my family, I have my mother, father along with my elder sister wherein my father
works in MNC and mother is entrepreneur. Both of my parents spend quality time with me on
every weekends and I have no such grudges against them as well. However, my sister is busy
with her work throughout the week, however we all try to fix up time and spend time together.

Work Experience
Firstly, I started my career with multinational company as the finance manager and my
role was to handle the different key accounts related activities along with administrative duties
and handling the salary of different employees. Furthermore, my motive was to become
entrepreneur and presently, I have my own organization wherein I am working as entrepreneur
with my partners and subordinates. I am friendly with them and try to understand their issues and
grievances.

4. Conclusion and Implications
Therefore, I can conclude that the different psychometric tests are essential to be taken as
this helped in understanding and analyzing the different traits that is required to be an
entrepreneur.
