Introduction:
The following report is going to illustrate and analyse the individual competence and
potency of mine as an organizational leader- to be specific an entrepreneur. The reflection is
based on several course studies that have been learned during the course. The given lecture slides
have been useful for the development of concepts pertaining to the entrepreneurial decision
making procedures. Different leadership theories and models would be discussed in the report
that would establish me as an effective entrepreneur or a business leader irrespective of profit
and non-profit sector (Alvarez, Audretsch & Link, 2016). More than that, the process of design
thinking has been conceptualized during the course of learning. Design thinking can be defined
as the methodology used by the market and business designers to solve the problems that arre
supposed to be intricate and complex in nature. In order to illustrate the self analysis process,
four different theories have been taken into account. These are;
i) Cantillon’s theory
ii) Marshall’s approach to entrepreneurship
iii) The Social Enterprise School
iv) Schultz Approach to entrepreneurship
The Design thinking Tools Used for the Entrepreneurial Innovations:
i) Visualization: it is performed through constructive use of images. It is also known as
visual thinking. These are non-verbal methods of making something done with the

As a business leader, team designing is one of the most impactful, significant and
intricate task because a team that is full of potency would drive and channelize the business
through zeal and enthusiasm. I, therefore, plan to build a team of young workers who can learn
as well as earn with the organization. Since, this organization stringently focuses on the quality
service provision to the aged people; we need a team of dedicated members who diligently work
for the betterment of the society as well as the organization. In this context, it can be regarded
that the most impactful experience with its different understanding has to be taken into certain
consideration pertaining to the care and cure of them. My plan, therefore is to post an
advertisement for the career of those youngsters of my age who are looking forward to work with
some certain objective. In this context, it can be regarded that this has to be taken into certain
consideration that the advertisement needs to be specific and convincing as initially the
organization would not be able to pay huge amount of salary to the employees. My team would
comprise of the following attributes:

clients. To provide quality service to the greater number of the aged people we have to collect as
much funds as possible. Hence, the organization would focus on the event organizations in
collaboration with other profit making companies so that we can help them promote their
business. in terms of creating an effective understanding of the fact that this has to be taken into

ideas for the entire performance related to the organizational work (Weaver, Dickson, Liguori &
Cohen, 2014). I would, bid an advertisement for the recruitment of the interns who would be
working for three days in a week so that a circulatory movement of staff deployment of the staff
is made possible. The following diagram is going to demonstrate the aforementioned circulatory
