INTRODUCTION

entrepreneurial idea of four team members i.e. AIIKEY which is a product and service based on
artificial intelligence help people in minimizing their stress while sleeping. In this transcranial
magnetic stimulation is fixed which help in continuous monitorisation. This innovation attracts
customers and help in gaining monopoly at the marketplace.
In this report I am performing role of CFO (Chief Financial Officer), who generally
monitor as well as manage all the financial activities at venture. They are also considered as the
head of finance as well as accounting department and their main responsibility is to manage
finance and risk operations of business unit. At the entrepreneurial venture there chief financial
officer plays several roles related to financial functions such as treasury, audit, controlling,
financial planning, budget making and many other activities. Along with this, respective person
also provide supervision to their subordinates so that they perform financial planning and other
related activities in effective manner.
There are objective which are related to profitability of AIIKEY, the estimated sales of
respective product and services at the initial is nearby 50000 units which help in generating
profit of 12000. Along with this, total cost which is incurred in the whole process of developing
of product and services is 38000. The main reason of conducting this report is to evaluate
strategies for enhancing sales of AIIKEY so that company can attaining high profitability ratio at
