INTRODUCTION
Entreprenurship development is considered as a process which enhances the skills and
knowledge of entrepreneur through several classroom as well as training programs. The main
reason for developing entrepreneurship is to enhance numbers of entrepreneurs around the world
who have innovative ideas to attract and retain customers (Abhyankar, 2014). For becoming a
successful entrepreneur an individual need to have unique as well as innovative as that will help
them in getting competitive advantage at them marketplace. The respective report is based on an
entrepreneurial idea of four team members i.e. AIIKEY which is a product and service based on
artificial intelligence help people in minimizing their stress while sleeping. In this transcranial
magnetic stimulation is fixed which help in continuous monitorisation. This innovation attracts
customers and help in gaining monopoly at the marketplace.
In this report I am performing role of CFO (Chief Financial Officer), who generally
monitor as well as manage all the financial activities at venture. They are also considered as the
head of finance as well as accounting department and their main responsibility is to manage
finance and risk operations of business unit. At the entrepreneurial venture there chief financial
officer plays several roles related to financial functions such as treasury, audit, controlling,
financial planning, budget making and many other activities. Along with this, respective person
also provide supervision to their subordinates so that they perform financial planning and other
related activities in effective manner.
There are objective which are related to profitability of AIIKEY, the estimated sales of
respective product and services at the initial is nearby 50000 units which help in generating
profit of 12000. Along with this, total cost which is incurred in the whole process of developing
of product and services is 38000. The main reason of conducting this report is to evaluate
strategies for enhancing sales of AIIKEY so that company can attaining high profitability ratio at
the marketplace (Ács, Szerb and Autio, 2017). The main aim of conducting this report is to cover
information related to value proposition which help in satisfying requirement of clients and it
will also include lean business canvas as well as role of CFO. Moreover, report will also include
financial and financial plan related to company and product as well as it will also include

It is considered as a procedure of marketing segment which focuses on the particular
targeted group of customers. It is also considered as the milestone in order to provide effective
products and service by fulfilling need and requirements of clients in successful manner
(Afolabi, 2015). Through this some advantage can be gain such as customers give their
measurement and then accordingly employees need to develop product and services accordingly,
this will help in maintaining business effectively. It is necessary because it is essential to identify
potential customer and their requirement because through that products and service design can be
done properly. Customer value proposition canvas is consisting of three elements of two aspects
which are mentioned below in respect of AIIKEY:-
Right side of canvas showcase customer profile or value proportion which is divided into
three factors i.e. gains, customer job and pain as well as these all aspects are considered while
designing and development of AIIKEY. Gain which are gain by potential customers through
respective product and services are their sleep get improved because their feel less stressed and
more relaxed (Chowdhury, 2017). Along with this it will also lead to enhancement in the life
quality of customers as they think more clear, feel high motivated, enhance performance,
increase chance of success as well as it also lead to development of socialization or inter relation.
AIIKEY also provide insurance of their product and services which leads to safe investment.
Second aspect is pain which customer may faced while using AIIKEY such as customer hair
style may get disturb, face little bit discomfort at morning after removing product, one used by
one person as well as respective concept is not much spread which lead to skepticism. Third
