Background and experience of entrepreneurs
David and simon are two British business man they born in Mumbai, India in the Baghdadi Jewish
family. They start their early education in British India and also belongs to a business family. Hence, he
was seeing his parents since his childhood that how to run a business and how to deal with business
issues. This thing has helped him in establishing its firm and run it successfully.
He has started his education in government school and simon never complete his formal education. It
was initially problematic thing for him because education helps the person in understanding the
difference between right and wrong, that was the reason that many times he has taken wrong decision at
his initial career. Simon started business in young age he was having innovative ideas and these ideas
were due to his previous experiences (Giaoutzi, Storey and Nijkamp, 2016).
He has utilised these experiences in order to establish a new business and after that his brother David
join it.

It can be concluded that personality and experience of person matters a lot in
success of entrepreneur.
If the person has good communication, planning skill then individual may
establish business effectively. Background of person help in finding new ideas
and handling the complex situation effectively which make them a successful
entrepreneur.
