Sir Jack Cohen, who was an English grocer and later on founded the
Tesco Supermarket in the United Kingdom. He was born in London
and later on brought up in Whitechapel
There are many entrepreneurial skills that makes him different from
other entrepreneur such as Jack was different and he think different as
compared to other entrepreneur at that time this quality had leaded
him to great business era.

had belief on humanism and he is the only man who

There are so many other stores but people preferred
TESCO because it is a family store and this concept
of Jack brought a great revolution of self service at

an English reality television judge. At earlier stage, Cowell promoted

The most important motivation factor that come from the life of Jack
is 'Autonomy' and according to him maximize profit is not their basic

attributes which are being social people, must posses good nature, be
calm at adverse environment, and be open to share experience.
This all motivation factors and his critical mind set makes him
different from other manager and as a result Jack was able to open
new supermarket in UK through his new and creative thinking.

to develop new strategies in order to make his dream successful and

of adaptive behavior makes him adjustable in any situation and remain
