David and Simon
If we see the background of David and Simon, they were born in India and they
migrated to UK in search of job. They worked very hard day and night. The family background
was not so well of both of the brothers and they both were belonging to a poor family. They both
were self made Billionaires. They got no support from the family and all of thing they achieved
was only due to the hard work they did by learning all the required skill while working in the
company. Both of them also faced failure in life but they did not got demotivated, There was
controversy which was surrounding their business in Russia in which the brothers did partnership
with Mafia of Russia which resulted in a legal notice to the business of both brothers. The family
of both of the brothers lived in British India.

Philip Green
Sir Philip Green was born on 15 of March, 1952. He was born in Croydon, Surrey. His case was
different as he is a son of a successful property retailer and developer. In the family of Philip
there is one sister named Elizabeth, one spouse named as Tina Green and two children. When
Philip was small of about 12 years of age his father got a heart attack and he died. This
encouraged him to be strong from inside and he started hard work and for his passion. Green is
very inspired by Sir Charles Clore, who was a successful person in building an empire from
scratch. The reading habits and also observing someone so intensely helped him in fostering the
business.

Conclusion
It can be concluded that entrepreneur has communication, technical skill which helps person in
setting their business and gaining success in business career.
Background and experience of person always support in making their mind for the growth and
individual become able to make correct business decisions.
