The objective of the report is to analyze the personality traits of the entrepreneur of the selected
SME in Australia that is Tyroola through carrying out personal interview with the entrepreneur
of the company in which primary data will be gathered. Through analyzing the gathered primary
data traits and characteristics of the interviewed entrepreneur of the company will be evaluated
that has contributed to the success of the company.

The entrepreneur of a SME named Tyroola in Australia (Zed Klingenberg) was
considered for the interview process in analyzing the ways in which certain personality traits in
the entrepreneur has facilitated in ensuring successful venture creation, venture growth, and
