Entrepreneurship Project: Investment Ideas for Startups

This project proposes three innovative investment ideas. The first, "Jazz Bachao," suggests a safety service integrated with Jazz telecommunications to provide users with access to police data, emergency reporting, and FIR filing, addressing rising crime rates. The second idea, "Total Robotic," focuses on automating Total petrol pumps with robots for refueling, tire pressure checks, and windscreen cleaning, aiming to increase sales and reduce operational costs. The third idea, "Uber Fly," suggests the implementation of a drone delivery system for Uber, allowing for the delivery of various goods to customers, especially during the pandemic, to add value to its services and build its monopoly in the market. The project includes market analysis, potential benefits, and strategies for each investment concept, highlighting the need for innovation and adaptation in the business landscape.

Investment idea no 1: Jazz Bachao (Safety)
In this idea we will be investing in Jazz telecommunication, Jazz is
the telephone and internet operator of Pakistan's Mobilink and
Warid merger. It delivers to consumer and business clients a variety
of offerings for pre and postpaid customers. His headquarters is in
Islamabad and Aamir Ibrahim is currently the CEO. (Jazz,2019)
In recent times criminal activities have taken a boost worldwide and
in Pakistan. According to report by OSAC there was significant increase in criminal activities in
Pakistan.

In this above table, we can see a significance increase in the rape cases, total crime reported
and attempt to murder case that were reported. Many of the rape cases go un reported
because of family’s sovereignty and dignity. In these horrific times where our women’s children
are not safe, we while investing in Jazz telecommunication propose the idea to launch Jazz
Bachao, this will be a service that will be included as Jazz’s prepaid and post-paid services.
Jazz Bachao will have all the local police stations data, the police personnel on duty and a on
spot online First Information Report (FIR) filing section which hold the victim in court for his or
her crime. For instance, if a girl or a boy becomes a victim of an eve teasing case, he or she will
have an easy access to Jazz Bachao service which will tell him or her while seeing the current
location of the victim while fetching the data of the nearest police station, Police officers on
duty, Police mobile in the area and will send an emergency message and file a complaint in the
police station of the following area.
Investment Idea No 2: Total
Robotic
In this idea we will investing in total
petroleum services, Total activities
include the whole oil and gas chain,
from the extraction and development
of cruel oil and natural gas, to energy

generation, shipping, manufacturing, distribution of oil and crude oil and foreign commodities.
Complete is also a major producer of chemicals. In the district of La Défense in Courbevoie,

had to bear some immense decrease in sales due to Covid -19 However while working with Total
Parco, we have an investment plan that will increase Total petroleum sales will have their
monopoly in Pakistan while having the best services.
Total Robotic main idea revolves around having
two robots on the petrol pump that will refuel
cars, check the air pressure in tyers, cleaning the
windscreens of the cars. This will help Total in
increasing its sales because they will be value
adding in its services and will lower the cost of
the employees that are at the pump. A total of 30
employees are hired at a Total’s petrol pump in
Pakistan this increases the chances of risks,

money frauds and other serious matter that can cause losses. These robots will have special
features that will collect cash before refueling and will also having a slide in option to accept
debit and credit cards.
Investment Idea No 3: Uber Fly
In this idea we will be investing in Uber. Uber is a
business in America that provides recruiting cars,
food (Uber Eats), shipping of parcels, couriers, freight
transport, electronic bicycles and motorized scooters
rental, by collaboration with Lime. The company
operates in more than 900 metropolitan areas
worldwide and has its headquarters in San Francisco.
This company is one of the largest suppliers in the gig
economy and is a leader in self-driving car growth.
About 110 million active monthly users worldwide are measured at Uber. (Uber, 2020)
Uber is now torn by COVID-19, as the pandemic threatens to drive the business down. The
company's adjusted net sales dropped by 20% over the last three months as opposed to the third
quarter of 2019, to 1,1 billion dollars. (BROWNSELL, A, 2020). Gross reservations or the
amount of money that it takes in its ride-hailing department before paying drivers have dropped
50% over the year.( It is in a bleak position, but it still improves gradually in the second quarter
in which the firm that hails Uber has dropped 73 percent annually. The effect of the coronavirus
pandemic on the main transport sector of the group was also no mistake. Uber reported adjusted
sales of $2.8 billion, down 18 percent year-by-year (BROWNSELL, A, 2020).
In this above paragraph we can see that uber is
facing a difficult time while holding onto its
sales and we can see uber facing a horrendous
downfall, while seeing this we plan to invest in

uber while proposing the idea of adding drone delivery system in Pakistan and worldwide, In
these hard times where people are afraid of moving out of there homes, Uber drones will fly
around the city while carrying grocery items, daily use items , makeup , clothes and whatever the
customer could think of ordering that will fly through drones to their desired pin location.
This will help uber while value adding to its services and will help build up their monopoly in
these harsh pandemic times
