Critical evaluation of profile from GET2 report
Using the General Enterprising Tendency Test (GET2test) I was able to measure my
enterprising tendency, which helped me understand how much I was capable of starting and
managing projects and understand my enterprising characteristics. The test evaluates
enterprising tendency through six aspects such as: enterprise rating, need for achievement,
and need for autonomy, creative tendency, calculated risk taking and locus of control (Caird
2018).
The G I am occasionally enterprising, which is shown by an overall score of 70%.
This score shows that I have some enterprising strength and have the capabilities of establish
projects in specific contexts and circumstances. Due to this, I have the ability to effectively
assess the strengths and weaknesses of a project, and visualize what I want the project to be. I
believe that this ability also helps me to learn about new technologies, concepts, economic
factors and even new languages which I can effectively use to support new projects.
According to the test, I have a high need for achievement and am self reliant and motivated
and have a high level of energy and enthusiasm to achieve my goals. I agree to this evaluation
since I always want to achieve my goals that have been set in front of me and I am very
diligent and hard working to ensure I am able to complete my tasks on time (Weber 2016).
The test however shows that I have a need for autonomy and that I do not enjoy taking charge
on an enterprise, which I do not believe to be correct since I enjoy the challenge of taking
sole responsibility of a project and working alone on it. The test shows that I have a high
creative tendency, and like to use innovative ideas, imagination and out of the box thinking to
resolve problems, which I completely agree to, since I am a very creative person. I also prefer
to take calculated risks, which also have been identified through the test, since I prefer to
carefully analyze all pros and cons before I take a risk. Additionally, the test also showed that
I had a medium locus of control which implied I like to take opportunities of favorable

situations through determined and self confident actions. I think this is also a correct analysis
as I do not like take an action which I am unsure or unconfident about.
Supporting or contradictory evidence for evaluation from AULIVE test:
Using the Test My Creativity online test on, I was able to assess my levels of
creativity across seven domains such as abstraction, connection, perspective, curiosity,
boldness, paradox, complexity and persistence. On the test I scored 75.84 which showed that
I had significant levels of creativity, which also supported the GET2 Test score which
showed a score of 83% for creative tendencies. According to the test, I have the competencies
to develop abstract concepts from ideas, make connections between things or concepts that
necessarily do not go well together, shift perspectives depending on the situations, have the
desire to change or improve the status quo even when others can’t recognize the need, have
self confidence to pursue my ideas and dreams, have the ability to accept and comprehend
contradictory and opposing ideas, can carry and internalize a large amount of data and
information and am very persistent in my approach and do not give up easily
(testmycreativity.com 2018; Wronska et al. 2018).
My creative aptitude of creativity have been exhibited by my ability to handle
complex information regarding project, easily develop an abstract ideas about problems faced
during the projects, provide bold ideas to address the problems without hesitations and
showing persistence to follow the plan to completion. While working on projects or solving
problems I often also have to make connections between supposedly unconnected ideas such
as design complexity and team work which helped to understand if any inter relation and
cross influence exists between the two and thus help to make decisions effectively to address
both.

3ENTREPRENEURIAL SELF ANALYSIS
Work Experience: Through my work experience I was able to develop a sense of motivation
and drive to achieve my targets and goals and prove my competencies to the organization. I
realized that this ability could best support professional as well as personal growth due to
which I further honed by drive to achieve my targets with enthusiasm and competency.
Family Background: This was a significant factor that helped me develop my creative
approach towards thinking and conceptualization. Since my childhood I was encouraged to
find my own answers through keen observation and learning. Even though I would fail
initially, but eventually it helped me to develop creativity in my thinking process and thus
think out of the box to solve a problem. I also was able to develop my perseverance and
boldness through the influence of my parents who encouraged me to think for myself and
never give up on my dreams and constantly strive towards betterment and perfection.
Reflection, conclusions & implications:
The test results supported many beliefs I had about my skills and competencies such
as my need for achievement, creativity skills, and ability to take calculative risks and make
challenges into potential opportunities. These are vital skills that can help an individual to
become a successful entrepreneur, helping them to find opportunities for success in situation
which others would see as an obstacle (Kuazaqui 2015; Schwienbacher 2015). I am also very
creative, which allows me to think out of the box and unconventionally, allowing me to make
unusual choices and connections between ideas. Even though this can lead to confusions
among others, but also helps to break monotony of repeated tasks. My ability to show
boldness and confidence also helps to instill confidence among others, who look up to me for
guidance and advice. Due to this confidence I also have the ability to persevere through initial
challenges in projects and remain optimistic, which allows me to stay focus on the work and
maintain emotional control. These aspects are vital to promote both professional and personal
