INTRODUCTION
 Every large company start from small business that is run
operated and owned by an entrepreneur so management of
entrepreneurship and small business is necessary for growth
and success of business in the industry.
 The presentation discusses characteristic, traits and skills of
successful entrepreneur that differentiate it from manager of
business.
 It also describes about various aspects of entrepreneurial
personality that reflect entrepreneurial motivation and mind-
set. At last, it presents background and experience of
entrepreneur that can hinder or foster entrepreneurship.

Background and experience of entrepreneur
 Background and experience of entrepreneur plays
an important role in company success and growth in
the industry.
 As if entrepreneur have specific knowledge and skill
related to business operations they individual can
easily run and operates its business. But if doesn't
have knowledge of such things that it would be
challenging for entrepreneur to establish enterprise.
 Personal background helps in identifying that
entrepreneurship is developed through experience or
it is born in individual characteristic.

Tania Boler
 She started business of Elvie in partnership with
Alexander Asseily in 2013 she experiences a lot of pain
is to bear by women at time of pregnancy for her
personal experience.
 Therefore, his personal experience motivate her to start
a business by launching innovating and new techniques
that can be used while pregnancy.
 When she realized that little technology can help
women she innovates a Kegel training device to protect
health and improve lifestyles of women.

Tessa Clarke
 She is co-founder Olio that was established
as one to combat food waste in UK.
 Her background and experience also
influences to start business for management
of food wastage as she was inspired by her
farmer parents that lot of effort and time is
invested in production of food.
 Thus, it motivates and inspire her to start
management of food by connecting with
neighbour and small business to spread
surplus food.

J.K. Rowling
 She is author of world-famous series Harry potter
novel, film producer and screenwriter in his
personal life she has face lot of challenges but its
strong determination and interest to write influences
her to run and operate business.
 She was also passionate as it started writing book at
age of 6 years.
 J. K. Rowling was single mother that was another
challenges for her but despite such challenges she is
one of the successful entrepreneur in UK because of
his determination, willingness and deep vision.

CONCLUSION
 It can be stated that some characteristic such as dedication, determination,
motivation, creativity are some characteristic that are born in individual traits
whereas communication, leadership style and analytical skill are developed
from experience gained while running business.
 It can also be explained that background and experience has positively impact
on Tania Boler, J.K. Rowling and Tessa Clarke as there experience have
motivated them to start business but at the same time hinder grow and survival
of business as they have no experience of run and operating business.
