their fields as well as helps them to grow their business. These characteristics as well as the skills
of the entrepreneurs helps them to make their organizations successful that helps them to
differentiate themselves with the other business managers. These also helps them to either hinder
or foster their entrepreneurship skills.

Crave For Learning: Successful entrepreneurs always focus upon learning new things so that
they can explore in different areas and fields in order to achieve their organizational goals.
Business managers learn things but do not focuses upon exploring it (Jin et al., 2017).
Risk Taking: successful entrepreneurs are very much capable of handling risk by focusing upon
the potential issues and problems hat can be generated into the organization. Business manager
do not take much risk as compared to entrepreneurs.
Ability to generate new ideas: A successful entrepreneurs are very much creative that helps
them to generate new ideas in order to achieve the organizational goals. Business managers do
not generate new ideas as it can hinder the work of the organization.
Have vision and goals: A successful entrepreneur has his own vision and goals and always
focus upon working upon it. Business managers only focuses upon their projects and not more
