1. What does your business do?
Our business aims to provide our audience’s experience of photography by our artistic
practices and result into innovative, challenging and distinctive memories of them.
2. What makes your business different?
At first, we use our ability of photos to communicate with our customers. Our business is not
different but yes we make it different by giving our idea of focus to mix the right amount of
artistic and marketing ideas with a tint of possessing a unique view of the world.
The above might seem as ingredients of a recipe, but this is what we do to make our business
different.
3. Do you have formal vision, mission statement?
Yes, we do have formal vision as generating profit each year stand out to be different from
competitors to become at top in our client’s scheduled needs, and mission as to provide
quality photo to our product by using pricing structure and developing relationship with
clients.
4. Who’s your audience?
Young couples and families, and all the people out there who are seeking for end
photography and want to invest in capturing their moments. We stand out to be perfectionist
in offering our shoots at wedding.
5. What fundamental customer need is your business addressing?
We provide the customer with the superior quality because we believe moments captured in
photos are the crucial memories one can sustain after the event. So we not only deliver the
digital files instead we being a full service studio offer finished products.

6. What do you need to get started? (Do you need advanced equipment? Who will you need to
hire? How much will you need for an initial run?)
Digital cameras and a computer loaded with image-manipulating software is enough to get
started. Professional photographers with various educations and experience with varied taste
and quality, mostly as individual photographers are to be hired. For an initial run it can be
around $91,270.
7. How’s your business going to make money? (How are you going to sell? Where are you
going to sell? How much are you going to sell for?)
There is no simple path to success or make money, but in my experience I have learned that
the more loyal customers we make the more we can earn. The quality we provide the trust of
customers we get. We have our own packages according to different events and themes.
8. How will you promote your business? (Marketing strategy)
Our business is unique to capture the moments and trap it for the customers but alongside
marketing ideas also help us to gain success. Marketing strategy what we use is surprising the
customer such as attaching a handwritten congratulation note with a chocolate to the wedding
album, putting up incentives for referrals and many more like such.
9. How often do you do strategic planning?
Strategic planning is what is set at the time of business planning and since then we had not
used any other strategy other than overriding the differentiation strategy to gain competitive
advantage.
10. Do they use SWOT, Five Forces, and Value Chain etc.?
Yes, we also use SWOT, Five Forces model and value chain in order to set our business apart
from others. See, becoming a photographer with a camera is a task that anyone can do but

necessary.
11. What stakeholders do you engage?
Stakeholders include our designing and printing partner who support us and has faith on us.
12. How has your strategy changed overtime?
Initially we believed serving our customers with pocket friendly prices for their memories
but later we realized ensuring memories at the best quality is more of significance so after
that we stopped compromising on quality and adopted to differentiation strategy.
13. Do you have process for staying innovative?
Staying innovative throughout the service life in the industry is by making the consumers
interest emerging with the latest digital imagery. We gain new customers then we add value
and high quality using the latest technology, in the meanwhile process innovation.
