team members of the organization .it is basically a five steps framework that involve the core
elements of an effective coaching session.there are numerous strength of a GROW as it helps in

practically and understands the process with the help of real world. This also motivates the
students and encourage them to do teamwork. Similarly, the entrepreneurial leader work more
when provided a real world environment to them. Entrepreneurial leader has grown rapidly in
last few years, but there are also some challenges faced by them such as:
Honest feedback from customers is very important for the entrepreneurial feedback.it is
difficult to find the advisors who give a honest feedback. From proper feedback the leaders were
able to find their mistakes and take innovative ideas for making things better. A leader has many
responsibilities and can lead to some risk for taking any decision. Entrepreneurial leaders are
dreamers and through dreams comes new ideas which results in great business opportunities.
The personal values of the leader always inspires the team. Leader should always support their
employees and that makes them loyal towards their organization. This brings success for the
employees as well as for the organization. Entrepreneurial leaders face many challenges but by
getting feedbacks, removing fear of failure ,aligning personal values with organizational values
and by creating a good leadership program, they can get more success.
Entrepreneurial leaders think about organizational result and achieve their goal by doing their
work in innovative way. There are many opportunities of an entrepreneurial leader like they
know themselves and they know why they have started the business and what they have to do
for making it better. They know how their business will work in the industry and how to make it
better that their competitors (Syahwani, A.K.I., 2019). They must have a vision and should know
the way of achieving that vision. What to do and how to do is the most important point to keep
in mind for a good leader. Entrepreneurial leaders always motivate their employee to develop by
providing them training session. They help employee to grow their talent. An entrepreneurial
leader is very innovative and free to adapt risk. They are very curious about anything going in
the world and always learn new things. Business environment changes very frequently so the

entrepreneurial leader should be flexible enough to learn and implement new strategies in the
organization. Convincing power of an entrepreneurial leader is also very good and they easily
influence anyone in their team. This also build a trust between the team and the organization.
They can easily adapt to dynamic situation and also drive changes that help industries to grow
more efficiently. Being an entrepreneurial leader is a very strong way to get success in this
current economic world. Entrepreneurial leadership is going to be the most significant process in
the upcoming world to remain competitive in the dynamic market. It always bring a positive
environment and motivate employee to grow and succeed in their filed more productively (Taura
and et.al., 2019).
