converts the problems of the organisation into the various opportunities through which an

is very important for business organisations and institutions as they integrate the efforts of all the

for organisation. For this report, Waltham International College has been under taken into
account. It is an educational institution that provides higher education to the students. This
college was founded in 2010. College provides various types of programs to their students like
apprenticeship and training, etc. In this report, there will be the discussion on the roles of

will contain various theories that helps to understand the concept of leadership. At last of the
