1. Three lessons learned from their experiences
One of the lessons learned from their experiences is that it is a significant need to have a
stunning vision. Having a stunning vision helps in evaluating the effectiveness of the concerned
business throughout the concerned competitive market segments. Peter has the well-known
history of being an innovator and having a strong visionary helped him in receiving many awards
being the produce of World’s best Sauvignon Blanc (Yealands Wine Sustainability, 2018). His
experience revealed that innovation is considered as the key success in achieving the goals of his
business.
Secondly, another lesson was putting a spark into the ownership structure which helps in
managing the execution of the business processes smoothly. Marlborough lines have effectively
undertaken a few of the crucial investments, and after the selling of these investments, the firm
was looking for some alternative opportunities which significantly provided dividends along
with the capital growth. The encouraging of the staff members associated with the firm is
considered as to be vital as it helps in promoting the desired growth of the firm by enhancing the
overall efficiency and effectiveness of the concerned business processes (Peng, 2017).
The third lesson is to make the right strategic choices in the right instance of time. The firm had
limited capital, and it was very crucial to utilize the capital by making strategic choices which
would have helped in bringing more profits to the organization and promotes the growth of the
firm. The Model proposed by Yealands conclusively revealed that their motive was to control
their fruit and quality as much as they can. The offering of a superior quality of products helps in
attracting a large number of the customer towards the firm. The strategic choices made by the
firm analyzed what they have to own and what they can get from the concerned farmers.
Looking to deliver great quality f products helps in developing trust among the customers, and
the firm was looking to manage the quality along with their resource partners (Lejeune et al.,
2018).
2. Application of their experience to the proposed business
The proposed business is cleaning business service, and to enhance the desired business
processes it becomes vital to enhance the strategic choices. On the other hand, the use of multi-
tier brand strategy should also help in evaluating the brad image of the firm in front of the
