Introduction
At the exact study, I will reflect my learning aspects in an extensive manner. Firstly, I will reflect
on different course works that has been considered by every student at the time of learning from
module. In addition to that, a set of questionnaires has been formed and I will reflect on these
questions for communicating the perfect outcome. Lastly, I will reflect on network meeting so
that I can deliver the things that I have learn throughout the course work.

Reflection on module learning
At the learning module, I had gained some positive as well as negative aspects on the overall
development process as well as procedure of enterprising mindset at certain extension. From the
exact article, I had found out that creativity as well as innovation is the key of getting success
from the perspective of enterprising mindset at certain extension. In addition to that, I have also
found that decisions making related skills are needed to be taken into consideration before
building up entrepreneurial mindset (Rae, 2017).
On the other hand, I had also different approaches that are closely associated with describing
entrepreneurship approaches has also been considered as the coursework of my module and I
learn about different aspects of entrepreneurship at the module (Bridge and O’Neill, 2018). In
addition to that, I had also gained some positive learning aspects from learning about different
entrepreneurs and enterprising people.
Moreover, I also take on the learning process on the development process of entrepreneurial
mindset and motivation so that I can further use that in order to further increase my overall
abilities that are associated with entrepreneurship at some extension. I had learned that
discussing in-group activities is quite good as well as extensive help towards achieving
enterprising mindset.
In addition to that, the course module is also quite helpful towards delivering some positive as
well as negative aspects of taking different kinds as well as forms of risks as without the help of
taking risks in positive manner, it is quite impossible for any entrepreneur to get their desired
success.
Moreover, some of the course work subjects have been quite helpful towards building up such
aspects that can assist towards learning networking (Burns, 2016). Networking provides the
opportunity of activating entrepreneurial mindset. Effects of social media has also been done at
the course work.

Engagement by fully completing four questionnaires
There are four different types of questionnaires that has to be considered by me as a part of the
exact course work. The four types of questionnaires include study questionnaire, questionnaire
regarding leadership styles, time management and lastly learning style questionnaire. I have
personally engaged with all four of these different questionnaires so that I can further reflect on
my overall strengths as well as weaknesses over the diverse modules of entrepreneurship at
certain extension. At the primary time, I was held with filling up study questionnaire. At that
following study questionnaire, I agreed with some of the statements and do not agreed with some
of the questions (Cottrell, 2013). As an instance, I was agreed with such statements as studying
extensively provides me the opportunity of felling personal satisfaction and I studied quite
seriously so that I am able of make proper conclusion as well as justifications at certain
extension. On the other hand, I was totally agreed with some of the following statements such as
my personal aim is to get a pass mark in the module by hook or crook and studying the exact
module is as exciting as watching a movie or other entertainment related aspects at certain
extension.
However, at the study questionnaire, I feel that sometimes I has to choose the medium options as
some statements are true for a time being and after that time the statement is not fully true as per
my own as well as personal refection (Goffin and Mitchell, 2010). As an instance, in different
cases such as coming to class with a mouthful of questions towards the lecturers and point in
learning different modules that has zero to no value at the career enhancing program I choose
about the half of time as I have been observed that these are partially true for some different
instances.
In addition to the study questionnaires, there are some other questionnaires that are closely
associated with leadership style. At these diverse set of questionnaire, I had to mark my
individual score in respect with some following questions as well as statements. As an instance, I
do check the regular activates of my stuffs at different instances and in addition to that, I also
make sure that my overall employment base has little to extensive ideology behind the
procedures as well as policies of the exact organisation (Hill, 2014). Therefore, I choose 5 as the
option. On the other hand, I has also observed that at some time I was fully unable to recognise

the values and propositions that has been provided by the stuffs since I do not have much time to
do that. I choose 3 in such aspects. On the other hand, I had also choose 1 and 2 in different
circumstances where I had to provide statements alongside with the questions like I set the
prefabricated performance standards for every other aspect of my job role at certain extension.
In addition to that, I do not rotate the role of different employees belonging from my
organisation, as it will decrease their working mode at certain extension. From completing all of
these questions, I had found out a specific scorecard that has been extensively helpful towards
me for assessing my viability in different leadership instances such as directing, coaching,
facilitating and delegating. I scored above 15 in term of directing, below 20 in terms of coaching,
below 10 from the perspective of facilitating and above 20 in terms of delegating. Therefore, I
can easily reflect that I need to increase some aspects of my leadership traits and some aspects do
not need much facelift as a whole.
On the other hand, from the perspective of those questionnaires that are related with learning
style questionnaire, I had found that there are three different sections and each section provides
different parameters from the perspective of different learning styles at certain extension. At the
questions, I had t answer by answering with the choosing 1, 2 or 3 number in respect of some
following statements (Johnson et al., 2011). 1 means levers applied in context of me, 2 means it
has sometimes been applied to me and 3 states it often applies to me. I had chosen 1 for different
statements such as it is quite hard for me some times to understand the basic of a joke as I found
that I do not fell any hesitation at the time of hearing and understanding jokes. On the other hand,
I had also 3 in respect to statements such as I prefer to work in a quiet place and I also like using
different sizes as well as formats of flashcards that assists me extensively towards testing
different raw materials. While answering questions like that, at the end I found that in section 1 I
scored about 22, in section two it was 19 from the perspective of section 3, it was 24.
Lastly, from the perspective of time management related questionnaire, I found out that it was
extensive helpful for me towards managing time as sometimes I feel that I was quite not ready
for managing my time extensively. The structure of the questionnaire was quite similar to the
learning style questionnaire as I also need to state answers while giving different scores such as
0, 1 and 2. O stands for never, 2 stands for always and lastly 1 stands for sometimes

(Neelankavil, 2015). Most of the time I has to choose 1 as I found that there some of the
instances were often applied in respect of me but not for every time. At the end, I needed to add
up my entire response for getting a particular idea regarding how much do I lack in time
management skill. After summing up I had found that my total score was 39, which falls under
the bracket of 30-44 points. It clearly indicates that I am currently able to manage my time quite
fairly but I also have some area of further improvement (Morrison, 2019).

Attendance at network meeting
Attendance at the network meeting has been quite helpful for me towards getting a positive
insight regarding how to manage and attain different team meetings at certain extension. I have
arrived at the college at 9 o clock sharp and I had to wait up for some times as everyone does not
seem to be present from the beginning of the meeting. In addition to that, I had also made several
interactions with students from Spain and I had asked them several questions. I also take the
responses of different teachers regarding the PPT presentation and many others. In addition to
that, at 1 o clock I visited the clockmakers of Derby and listen towards their history of
innovation. After that, the questions that has been bought out by the students of Spain has been
answered and I was also able to gather knowledge about different aspects of clock making as
well as servicing from the question and answer session.

Conclusion
From the exact study, it can be conclude that I was quite successful as well as adequate towards
reflecting on most of my study modules and I was quite happy with the overall findings of my
entire course work. I can easily conclude that the meeting was extensively helpful towards
enhancing my knowledge into servicing and repairing and the coursework has been helpful
towards enhancing my entrepreneurial mindset and motivation at certain extension.
