An entrepreneur is an individual who are functioning at in
various sort of the sections with other individuals who start
their own term of the management as after considering each

the business of management. Entrepreneurship is the
procedure of planning, generating and initiation a new
thought of the business perspective as with very minor
sections in preliminary stage.

profits. Entrepreneurs have many skills, attitudes and vision can

everyone has to accept it and go further. After passing this
stage, no one succeeds in the first stage, where any business
thrives. Walt Disney experienced many failures, and his first
studio was Laughing Oguramu and could not make a profit.

taking people are very helpful in the future. Walt does not

 Failure: Walt Disney has always been motivated from the
failures she faced. Her Oswald was defeated, Rabbit was
lucky enough to take everything from him like his studio
creations and animations from him.

them, they can not be successful. Mark Zuckerberg is
very passionate about software development in such a
field he plays in schools and graduate schools as a

The success of entrepreneurs depends on the background in
which they have grown, as the background has a significant
impact on the lives of individuals. From past experience,
people are making every possible effort to start their own
small business and provide effective products for social
welfare.

Success stories of Walt Disney and Mark Zuckerberg.
Disney was born on December 5, 1901 in the United
States. It was fun when he was young. His father
enforces strict discipline as Walt and his younger
brother Roy precede in everyday life. He discovered
through painting that he had escaped from his father's
brutal acts. A young Walt with a pen created a world of
his imagination where life is absolutely beautiful,
people are always happy and everyone is in control.

Conclusion
As per the presentation It is analyzed that the goals of companies
are to advance economic growth through the services they
provide. Every organization has its own goals and objectives that
must be achieved. There are various skills which helps in
motivating the entrepreneur towards the goals which they have
to achieve so that more profit can be earned in the organization.
