their product. If the product is able to fulfil customer requirement in an effective manner it help
in attracting them easily. The offer product in natural essence is $7000 which is less as compared

2. The company can offer some discount to their regular customers. This help in retaining them
for longer period of time. In addition to that loyal customers contributes immensely towards
increasing sales of respective product.
