business plan by analysing all the micro and macro factors with the help of PESTLE analysis,
VRIO Model, Porter five forces etc.
MAIN BODY
Description of business start-up
The start-up is related to the organic beauty product that are very demanding now a days.
The name of organisation is Belle organic, this start-up will set in UK in order to offer organic
products to women.
Products-
The product offered by organisation is all types cosmetics that is related to skin care, hair
care products such as, moisturiser, night cream, anti-ageing cream, organic oil, foundation, etc.
Features-
All the products are made up of 100% natural ingredient and that is it will not harm the
environment because all the substance are grown without fertilisers and pesticides. It is good for
the skin as well as all these products are help for sustainability.
Concept statement
This concept statement is optimizing the product for benefiting the people by take care of
their skin. All the raw material are directly farmed nearby places so that it can promote organic
farming.
Business model-
Belle organic will offer the product on the basis of B2C in order to direct selling to the
customer. B2C is help to create the value by offering all the products at store as well as online,
also it is used the digital marketing activities which are help to promote the product at the large
platforms (Barrow, Barrow and Brown, 2019). All the resources are used by the organisation are
natural such as emulsifiers, thickeners, preservatives, etc.
Micro market test (segment)
Micro segment is refers to the strategy of marketing that can be used by the cited firm in
order to identify the need of people. Through the market research it has been analysed that there
are 80 percent of women who are interested in using organic beauty products. This product will

help to repairing the skin of women that are might be affected from sunburn. The women who
are age group between 25- 40 are most targeted because they are possessive about the healthy
skin.
Marketing-
The target market for the business is middle and high class women who are prefer to use
organic beauty products in order to consider benefit of healthy life style. Also, target the UK
beauty product market so that it can differentiate the brand from others.

Political It is seen that less trade restriction and Globalization has acts as opportunity of
expansion and growth of business in local as well as international market
(Ariwibowo, Saputro and Haryanto, 2021).
Economical This factor is affected in the positive way, after the pandemic there are so many
problems faced by people and now they are like to prefer those products which
are organic and not harm the body.
Social The social factors are work as positive in order to change the mindset of people
because of pandemic they are more focused on organic beauty products.
Technological This factor help to promote the product and services with the help of digital
media.
Legal There are so many laws are changed due to pandemic and so that export and
import rates are fluctuated.

By considering all the factors it has been analysed that there are firm will use
the sustainable method for environment safety.

Belle Organic is related to the retail industry, through the secondary research it has been
analysed that there are various organisation that can be biggest competition of the cited firm. The
