Personal statement
I am an enthusiastic person that is mostly interested in reading books, travelling and cooking
food outside the country. I have done my education from Mont rose college of management and
science and HND hospitality and management in year 2018-2020. I have also done designer
web course in 2002 thus have knowledge and skills to design web. I have started my job as a
receptionist in Rusca hotel in OCT 2010-2012, thereby mainly responsible for greeting
customers, attending calls and kept reception area clean so that visitors are impressed in first
visits. Then in October 2012- April 2013, I have done job as domestic cleaner which means
cleaning bathroom, kitchen and washed windows. And few years back that is in March 2013-
2018 I have worked as childminder that is responsible for supporting children physically and
mentally. Provide healthy and better food, snacks or meals as per taste and preference of
individual and follow direction provided by parents.
All such experience and knowledge have contributed in generation of key skills such as
time management, handling customer’s and multi-line telephones in better manner, develop
friendly personality and time management skills. Therefore, on the basis of my study in
hospitality managements, experienced in similar field interested or dream to build my future
career in same industry. I have very hard working, dedicated towards my work which have
always motivated me to incorporate various task and activities. I am current searching for best
college on the basis of my skills, knowledge, experienced and interest that could help me
effective enhance my skills further to start new business in Romania.
One of my strength is handling customer’s in best possible manner which stated that I
could start a small business in future circumstance. I have also experienced about the way
customers can be provided best services, which food variety will be suitable for particular
individual which can drive it to make purchase for satisfaction of its needs. The web design
course can also help me to make simple, easy and attractive website thus all ready existence of
all such skills will have me to apply in one of the reputable college that is Mont rose college
and better learning for growth in the future.
Punctuality and team working skills also contribute me to effectively coordinate and
cooperate with various individual to complete particular task in the best possible manner. Most
of the businesses are using digital media or internet connection to perform various task, so I
wants to enhance my such skills by applying to mont rose college so that I can start online food

retail businesses in future circumstance. These skills can helps me to delivered various services
to customer’s on time at the same time resolved their grievance earlier as possible for growth
and success of enterprise. Thus, it can be stated that I by putting all my efforts in taking steps to
start a small businesses in hospitality industry can attained by dream in future circumstance. I
hope that I will continue my work in same field for long time with whole determination and
dedication in order to achieve dream outcome.
