DESCRIPTION
From my finding I have learned about entrepreneurial process in which it have given me the
information about what are the different factors that will affect the entrepreneurial process (Choi,
Walters, A. and Hoge, P., 2017). I have learned about the there are four steps in the process
which includes how I can become the entrepreneur. Along with this what are the new and
innovative idea I will be coming up with me
FEELINGS
I was very happy when I come to know that I will learn new things which are very useful for me
in future if I want to start my own business. Before this I was thinking that it is not good but after
finishing all this learning I find it more interesting. I learn different definitions of what is this and
what are the difference organizational theorist approach by all this learning I was very satisfied
that I got the chance of knowing what are all these things.
EVALUATION
The things that I was learning was very well an worked well but this I have come to know
different types of facts whether they are related to discovery, exploitation and other different
types of moods. The bad were that there are few issues that are to be faced by the entrepreneur
when they will start the business. I’ve come to know that he must be very hard working to
achieve all the goals that he has set. There were a few things which I was not getting in Data
related to there is a change in need and cost of supplies along with it also includes economics of
supply (Burrows, 2018).
ANALYSIS
I think the reason behind going all the things in right manner because I have written proper
manner by having full details about it. By the analyze of the discovery which is known as the
conceptual site of entrepreneur. By this I’ve come to know that I can make new idea which will
result in developing business concept. On the other hand I want to come to know that

exploitation is known as the attempt that will result in capturing the value that is related to
perceived opportunity thro ventures creation of the ventures.
CONCLUSION
By concluding the about I have learned different things about entrepreneurship that is what is the
entrepreneur process along with what are the specs of the business development. in addition to
this organizational theorist approach. and how entrepreneur have to develop different types of
ideas which will make their business successful. From the old assignment I have also learned
new things that are related to that entrepreneur always come up with new and innovative ideas
which not only make them sell innovative but also their forms which will result in in managing
and growing on the faster business.
ACTION PLAN
When I will be learning next time about entrepreneur process the first thing that I will to kiss
what are the different types of Strength they must have. Next time in this topic I will do more
research and learn you knew things (Pospisilova, 2018).
