and factors which motivates them to procure
innovations. It highlights the skills and
characteristics of some well-known
entrepreneurs of UK like Laurence Graff and
Richard Branson (Kerr et al.,2018). And
assess the personality and mind set of the
entrepreneurs.

the experience and personal background. In the
presentation, the examples of Richard Branson and
James Dyson shows that the entrepreneurs are not born.
They are made with experience and failure. Both of
them started their career at the age of 16 and failed
several times. But this doesn’t stop them to achieve
success (Anderson and Gaddefors, 2016).
