Blog with Artefacts
Last week I have assigned entrepreneurial project along with other students. As I have
already completed various projects in last few months. But, for the first time I have been
assigned a module related with Entrepreneurial Project. It was the first time that I have to work
in a team therefore, it was a new experience for me as compared to individual projects that I have
completed before. Entrepreneurial Projects requires involvement of each and every member of
the team. Therefore, the project has been very helpful in developing various types of
entrepreneurial skills that may be very helpful in starting a new business venture.
It has been helpful for other members of the team as well. All the participants has
contributed their efforts in successful completion of the entrepreneurial project. The project has
helped me a lot to develop different types of entrepreneurial skills. Such as Time management,
communication skills, resiliency, Leadership, adaptability and Creativity etc.
Time management skills -
One of my strength is effective time management. Working on entrepreneurial project
with team members has helped me to develop time management skills. Another thing that has
helped me to improve my skill for managing the time is entering in blog on daily basis. During
the project, I have faced various difficulties while deciding the priority of activities on the basis

Communication skills -
One of my weakness that I have identified while working in a team on entrepreneurial
project is communication skills. I have faced various difficulties in respect of communicating
with other team members because all have come from different cultures. I believe that, I should
focus on developing excellent communication skill because this will help me in developing my
career in the future. Good communication skills are very essential for an entrepreneur because,
they have to work along-with other people for getting the work done. It will be possible only
when entrepreneur will possess excellent communication skills (Chandra, Y. and Acharya,
2019). Therefore, the skill will help me to build a good entrepreneurial career in the future.
Resiliency skills -
Resiliency is also one of the important skill for becoming a good entrepreneur. During
my entrepreneurial project I have come to know about the importance of resiliency skills. I have
faced various challenges while implementation of the project. I have learned that, the
entrepreneur of the firm should have resilience skill for facing the various challenges during
entrepreneurial venture because it will help a lot in facing every type of challenges (Abdullah,
Hadi, N.U. and Dana, 2018). I have also observed that the skill helps to achieve long term vision
of the organization. During the project, I have made a list of all the difficulties that I have faced
and develops the solution for facing these challenges.
Leadership skills -
I have being provided the responsibility of acting as a leader of the team for the
entrepreneurial project. The experience of guiding the team members while accomplishing the
work has helped me a lot in developing leadership skill. I have observed that there are
differences in the behaviour of most of the team members. I also experienced that entrepreneur
should possess leadership skills for influencing the subordinates to make efforts for completing a
particular project (Notais, A. and Tixier, 2018). Working as a team leader helps me to
implement various leadership styles that will be helpful in building my career in the future.

method of doing work due to change in the environmental factors like customer demand or
change in technology ( (Toledano, 2018)). Adaptability skill will be helpful in my career
because whatever work we do there must be flexibility to accept the changes.
Creativity skills -
Creativity in performing any type of work is very essential it means thinking in an
alternative way. While working on entrepreneurial project I have experienced that, whatever
work we perform we should have the ability of performing the task in a different way. While
working with team members on the project I realized that, creativity helps to find out new
solutions regarding the problems that we may face in our work (Sousa, 2018). As I have been
provided the responsibility of team leader, I have made efforts for influencing the team members
to provide their creative ideas for accomplishing the entrepreneurial project. This has help in
completing the project successfully.
