INTRODUCTION
There are various types of entrepreneurial personalities which are very important for
entrepreneurial actions which may include human characteristics, attitudes, motives and values
which help in shaping the actions of an entrepreneur (Obschonka and Stuetzer, 2017). Type of
personality traits which an entrepreneur possess can help in making a successful entrepreneur, as
personality trait and human psychology play a significant role in the individual's tendency
towards the entrepreneurial actions. There are five major types of entrepreneurial personality
traits which is essential for becoming a successful entrepreneur like passionate, motivation,
optimism, creativity and risk taker. But the most important personality trait out five which I
posses is passion, I am passionate towards my career becoming a successful entrepreneur. It is
not easy to build a business it takes lot of time and patience to build a business. One who is
passionate towards its career is not afraid of hard work and is ready to take risks for the chosen
career. They are ready to accept challenges which may arise in the future, also such people stick
to their passion and can see it through. So, this type of personality trait can help an individual in
becoming a successful entrepreneur (Staniewski, Janowski and Awruk, 2016). For one of most
popular example for passionate entrepreneur is Steve Jobs who was passionate towards his work
and he once said that “People with Passion can change the world”. Passion is every thing and
following your passion can be the secret to overcome the challenges and setbacks of the
entrepreneur career. Passion is the essential ingredient for a successful entrepreneur.
MAIN BODY
Being passionate is the biggest attribute and quality that helps an individual to carry out
the entrepreneurial operations. The passion or emotional attachment to one's dream or thoughts
will lead a person to set suitable personal and professional goals which will help him to establish
as an entrepreneur. The passion of an entrepreneur or a person inculcate many other attributes
and skills which will lead the organisation to carry out the operations which will help in proper
assessment of action plans and aspects that will help a person to emerge as an entrepreneur. I will
look after the various attributes and operation's measures which are been carried out by me to
have a significant role in the setting up of an enterprise (Blundel, Lockett and Wang, 2017).
The passion was a driving source for Founder and “re establisher” of Apple Inc., Mr.
Steve Jobs that motivated him to rejuvenate the operation's of the company that will help him to
carry out the operation which will help in setting up of operations which will help in enhancing

the quality of business operations and emerging the enterprise in an effective way. Being
passionate will not only help a person on the personal level but on the professional level too.
This will lead to setting up of a policy and developing an action plan (Acs and et.al., 2016).
Reflection
The attribute like being passionate will look after the proper planning of the services
measures which are carrying out of the services which will help in setting up of operations which
will help in setting up of operations which will lead to carrying out of the operations in a
significant manner. I will be undertaking this attribute to carry out the services which will help in
assimilating certain growth measures pushing out myself to emerge as a successful entrepreneur.
My passion to be an entrepreneur and emerge my performance to a greater level. It will
encourage me to carry out the services measures and thus will drive the operations.
I will look after my passion as a driving force for setting up of action plans supporting
establishing of entrepreneurial ventures. It will also help in carrying out of services measures
supporting an enhancement of quality of service which will help in enhancing the quality of
action plans that leads to establishing an enterprise with high level of efficiency. Having the
attribute of being passionate will help in setting up of the services and carrying out of services
which will lead to setting up of services that supports me to become an entrepreneur. I will be
able to encourage my work force and will motivate and guide them to perform their respective
role and responsibilities and contribute within the growth and development of an enterprise.
CONCLUSION
The suitable possessing of the passion or determination will guide the enterprise to
enhance the quality of services which will help in proper planning of the operations and thus will
lead to personal development as a successful entrepreneur.
