• Interpersonal skills and team work- Yes, it is of
extreme importance for the entrepreneur to be a
good team player .
• It is essential for the entrepreneur to maintain a
proper and essential relation with the employer.
• He needs to be a good team player who can
motivate his employees to work effectively
towards achieving a common goal within a
stipulated time (Giaoutzi et al., 2016).

• The significant traits of the entrepreneur include
• Risk taking abilities – An entrepreneur in all
ways should be capable enough of taking the
risks.
• It is quite obvious that entrepreneurship indeed
involves a whole lot of risks and the
entrepreneur should be brave enough to take
the risks (Eggers and Song, 2015).

Aspects of the entrepreneurial personality
reflect entrepreneurial motivation and mindset
• In the words of Dunne (2017), the personality
of an entrepreneur reflects his entrepreneurial
mindset as well as motivations extensively.

• Lifestyle- In most of the cases, it has been
identified that the individuals belonging to a
financially and socially stable lifestyle do not
opt for entrepreneurship.
• In most of the cases, it has been noted, that
the individuals who have always been
neglected socially as well as financially often
turn out to be the best entrepreneurs

Using relevant examples, how background and
experience can hinder or foster entrepreneurship
• There are indeed a number of examples that provide
a clear idea as to how experience and background of
the individuals have impacted entrepreneurship.
• The example of “Little Maid” can be taken. This is an
organization providing maid services in UK.
• The owner of the organization Madame Smith has
been in this profession for quite a long time. She has
worked as office staff, in organizations of similar
genre.

• Throughout her childhood she has witnessed a
life of unstable financial and social status and
hence the dreams of making a change to her
life always drove her.
• Her dreams of doing something better in life
motivated her to start the business.

Conclusions
The section has concentrated on the traits and
the skills that can make an entrepreneur an
effective one. The different aspects of
personality that reflect the background of the
entrepreneurs have also been included and
discussed in the above segments.
