report explains the different themes of entrepreneurship. It explained two important themes
such as don not fear from mistakes and snatched opportunities. Snatch opportunities said that
business person should be able to catch the new opportunities to improve his business. Apart
from this report also described the importance of development plan in an organisation.
Development plan includes various factors such as further expansion, innovation and range of
products.
