Entrepreneurial Ventures and Mind set

Introduction
The entrepreneurship is defined as the thinking and critically evaluating the
different perspectives in order to gain profits. An entrepreneur is an individual who
is able to think in a creative way which leads to the successful venture in order to
serve to the society with the innovation and development.

Characteristics and traits of entrepreneur.
 Patience with Hard Work – Both are the most crucial component in defining the
success of any business organisation. Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates constantly doing
the hard work in order to make their business successful.
 Managing Financial Skills – Finance may be defined as the blood of business.
Without finance the business cannot carry out its operations effectively.

father.
 Experience: After attain the wide recognition, he also
faced several shutdowns as well. Mark Zuckerberg make
a plan of developing his social network with his friends.

 Bill Gates
 Background: Bill Gatesd had taken the admission in
Harvard University and during his sophomore year, he
adapted BASIC, which is a famous language of
programming.
 Experience: The creation of IBM is the only result of facing
the issues which he faced during his working life.

Conclusion
From the above project report, it was concluded that entrepreneurship is a very
important and crucial skill that is required in focusing and promoting hard work in
an organisation. There are many factors that affect the entrepreneurship ideas such
as capital required, size, place and nature of business.
