INTRODUCTION
This report is going to study about the Entrepreneurship development.
Entrepreneurship development is the concept of developing the skills knowledge in
entrepreneurs by several coaching’s and programs or by giving training. This is the
process which support new organization to get better in order to achieve their goals and
objectives in also enhance their business in the Nation's of economy. This report is
going to study about the company which is deco recycle. This is the company which is
planning to develop personalized things which are out of the recycle (Lindh and
Thorgren, 2016). There are several recycling organization which are already in the
market but there is still room for improvement. Because of the pandemic of covid-19 the
individuals understood how important and essential is to protect and save our
environment so this report is going to discuss about the several aspects which are
required for the business to understand. This report is going to study about the business
objectives like their profit sales revenues and their profit margin objective and also
about their value creation Canvas diagram. Also this report is going to study about the
value capture and lean business model Canvas and about the several development
plans in which they conduct CMO marketing plan, COO operational plan, CTO
Technical solution and information technology plan CHRO human resources and
Organization plan and CFO financial plan.

Business Objectives
ï‚· Deco recycle organization wants to increase their sales by 20% for the first three
years of operation.
ï‚· Their aim is to co-operate with Kindergarten so that they can use their furniture.
ï‚· Their aim is to reuse the things which individuals do not need anymore and these
things support the environment.
 Also, they want to do some workshops for the children’s in order to represent
them about the recycle and reuse things.
These are the objectives of the decorate cycle in order to increase their sales in
revenue profit margin in order to get more opportunities and increase their
productivity and efficiency in the market place. I want to create more hygienic and
recycle products so that they can protect the environment and make the
environment clean and safe (Ndala and Pelser, 2020). These objective and aims
help the organization to increase their popularity in the Marketplace so that they can
grab more customer base and trade their recycle products in the market. They also
want to support shop to kill people in order to increase their profitability and
productivity in the market. These things are the lean opportunity for the company in

order to increase their reputation and image in the Marketplace. They are performing
and their planning various factors strategies in order to help in support small
business and local shops in order to increase their profitability and efficiency in the
market place.
Value Creation: Customer Value Proposition Canvas
Value proposition Canvas is a model that supports the organization to make sure
about the product or services which is positioned around the customer values and
requirements. The value proposition Canvas was developed by the Dr Alexander
Osterwalder as a structure in order to assure that there is a appropriate and the fit
among the product in the market. In other terms value proposition Canvas is a model
which advert to the values of a organization which promises to deliver to the consumers
that select in order to purchase their goods ( Pearce, Grafman, Colledge and Legg,
2019). This Canvas model can be represented as a marketing statement which
organization is apply to summaries why a customer should purchase their product or
services. The company Deco recycle is using this Canvas model in order to identify the
requirements and Desire of the consumers about the products and services which are
offering by them. The organization is using value proposition Canvas in order to identify
the customer understanding. It makes the company more consumers centric. Also it
urges the company to analyze the circumstances from the consumer’s point of view.
Also it brings the attention of the organization on the right questions that help them to
understand the customer needs and requirements. It also helps the organization to
focus on product development and product direction (Akanmu, 2018). The organization
is going to providing services in context of decoration to wall types of Ages that is
starting from 12 years to the age of 60 years in context of the theme which are required
by the clients. According to them the services which are provided by the organization
are around the surroundings area of the place or location of the organization. The major
motivation of the organization is to recycle the objects and caters them with the look that
look more innovative and effective in the market. It is very difficult for the decor recycle
organization to start up their business. So it helps the organization to measure the
urgency of the new characteristics and improvements of the product. As it is very
required for the organization to assure about the right benchmark so that they can make
improvement about the new characteristics. After analyzing the value proposition it
makes easier for the organization to move the products in the right direction. It also help

Canvas or trying for catering a complete model of a business that can be more helpful
and used for analyzing and testing in lean startup. The lean Canvas model is more

support the organization in order to to overcome the problems and increase their

collaborating with the management team in order to enhance and implement the
Strategies and plans for the operational infrastructure of the system and framework.
They also inspired and motivated and also lead extreme amended performance
management team in order to recruit attracts and retain effective employees by
providing training and development session. They also focusing on the effectiveness of
the employees and their communication in order to implement the Strategies and
collaborating with the teams towards their Rapid growth and development. They also
focus on their time in order to accomplish the goals and objectives which are decided by
them in a particular time period. The sea is a strategic leader is always concentrating on
their time period so that system of the leadership for the management can be sure that
they are conducting most amended and effective approach in order to develop effective
quality and efficiency in order to provide best services (Sharma, 2016). In deco recycle
organization they are trying to identify the key issues in order to to enhance the
organization. Meeting with the individuals at every stage and asking appropriate and
relevant questions will going to support them to identify and analyze the issues which
are facing by them. They are continuously communicating with the individuals at several
levels of the company so that they can gain insight into decision making procedure. It
can be much supporting and helpful to categories the information of the data in order to
understand the issues in resolve them in a very appropriate manner to stop service is a
very effective method which help the individuals and help them to get the correct
information and enable them to evaluate key challenges which are facing by them. COO
of the Deco recycle company are very effective individuals. They are doing their best in
order to identify the worst in the best performer and the most cultural supported in the
organization for this will very mandatory for the organization and for them to follow their
guts and evaluating the talent management in the organization. It will help them to get
more opportunities and retain most talented employees in the organization. They are
giving best sources to the best employees in order to maximize their impact in make
sure their voices are heard. With the powerful and solid talent base they are focusing on

on effective leadership strategies in order to grow the business and get more

organization then it's become responsibility for the Co2 implement initiatives which are
required in order to accomplish the goals and objectives. So according to the COO of
chosen organization are implementing most effective strategies like meeting marketing
goals and analyse short in financial situation so that they can make internal strategies
accordingly and maintained everyday internal operations in a very effective manner.
Internal leader: As the COO of the chosen company they have to face several
challenges and difficulties of the outside world full stop they are the face of the internal
leadership and internal operations (Greblikaite, 2016). They are carrying out several
plants across a several varieties of activities and make them as your that they flow
together and implementing a in a very effective manner. They are much responsible for
the internal implementation of the objectives and vision.
Decision maker: As the COO caries so much responsibility in order to report to the
board of directors regarding every aspects and every activities which are conducting in
the organization in order to take decision for every areas of the organization. They have
several responsibility and they are described as the routine of daily communicator which
help the organization to the understanding about the each in every department activities

that they can feel more motivated and valuable in the organization and help the
organization to get more positive outcomes in the company. This very required for the

requirements and about their financial stability so that they can analyze these values
and these requirements accordingly and start their business. The investor should invest
in the organization because they are developing new thoughts and new things which
are very helpful for the environment and for the individuals. The recycling of the
products help the environment and also make the environment much healthy as so it is
the opportunity for the investor to invest in the effective things which is more profitable
