Topic: Entrepreneurial Self- analysis
Introduction
The self-analysis process is an evaluative medium of understanding the strength and
weakness of a person. In this paper, my reflection allows me to know about the possible
chances of being an entrepreneur. This is a final goal for me and my positive characteristic
help me to achieve the momentum. The weak points will be also highlighted and those will
be redefined and revised from my end so that I will mitigate those confrontation and achieve
the highest level of success (Dees 2017). The scores will encourage my opportunity to
become an entrepreneur and my objective will fulfil by that process.
1. GET2 Test analysis
Occasionally enterprising is the GET2 test result and I have scored 59% on that. This
is a moderate score that suggests I have the enterprising characteristic in future. If innovative
and growth-oriented set up is there, I will definitely establish my career towards that goal.
The development of new skills and training will help me to reach my objectives. The need for
Achievement is high in my case and that aims in the optimistic outlook of my perspectives.
The strong result orientation drives me in high energy level to achieve the objectives set by
me (Get2test.net 2018). Need for Autonomy is low for me and I need to improve my team
working culture in that case. Creative tendency is high in my case and innovative ideas of my
help to find better ways of business development (Schaper et al. 2014). Imagination,
creativity, and application of new business start-up help in case of the making decisions and
also help in problem-solving. Calculated risk-taking nature is in me and that strengthen my
willpower and make me more goal oriented (Get2test.net 2018). This attitude helps my urge
to achieve my goal. Locus of Control is good in number for me. I believe in making my own

luck and do not believe in destiny. I have enough self-belief to achieve the desired goal.

AULIVE declares 62.95 scores for me and that typically addressed in 63.42 as well.
However, the moderate score delivers enough opportunity of for my prospective career
(Testmycreativity.com 2018). There are eight metrics like Abstraction, Boldness, Curiosity,
Perspective, Complexity, Paradox, Connection, and Persistence. In the case of abstraction,
new ideas have come and the concept of new ideas is quite good for me. As explained by Hitt
and Duane Ireland (2017), the Connection has the ability to make the connection with team
member and managers and in that case, I am not quite good and this is the aspect I need to
improve my potential understanding and try to make a good relationship with them. The
perspective of thinking may be different from others and that is the reason creative ideas
come up in my mind and that showcase in the productivity of the company (Hitt and Duane
Ireland 2017). The active process of leading the organisation changes through that process.
The behavioural change will come through that and that initiated for the changing
perspectives. Curiosity is the next metrics and desire to know about something unknown is
the key aspect in that case (Testmycreativity.com 2018). I have that curiosity enough in me
and knowing about the broader perspective is always a need from my end. Boldness is not
quite in my characteristic though I am quite bold in the decision-making situation. Work
process and culture changes in a contradict way in many time and I have that paradox power
to mould my attitudes to ensure my characteristic on this flow. Complexity process to

manipulate and manage the relationship with others is the key process of this and this process
is mostly acceptable in case of fulfilling the project in the workplace (Testmycreativity.com
2018). The last aspect is persistence and I have a stronger solution ability and I keep driving
myself for the successful achievement of being an entrepreneur.
3. Linking antecedent influences with specific traits
The creative tendency is the major metric in that case and I have that power of
creating something innovative and make some decisions that will be effective for my career.
There are lots of influencing factors are liable for this reason to make creative (Drucker
2014). The factors are associated in that case are highlighting my willpower of changing the
dimension of the business. The potential creativity is different for my case and educational
support is also there with me to understand the persuasion of innovative ideas that help in
high creative results. I have a good knowledge of stage and component process and creative
ideas help on that moment.
There was a situation in my previous company, where I was working on a tough
project along with my three colleagues. The solution and formation of the final finding were
not easy to crack. Managers also tried once, but traditional processes were not working at that
time. Thereafter, I started to do the project in an unconventional way, there was the risk in
that case, as the entire things needed to be redone if there was any complication come around.
However, the situation has not come and there was no such confrontation came then and the
project submitted in a proper way (Dees 2017). My innovative thinking and unconventional
ways helped the process of the organisation. The situation pursuing my education and also
encourage me to do the work. At one time, there are uncontrollable pressure and I was
thinking about the achievement of ultimate objective but every time there were new
challenges came at me. My creative mind respond through the situation and that helped me to
find the right way of progression and decide some valuable approach that encouraged me to

the successful completion of that project. The project highlights allowed me to taking risks
and managed those situation that may create some hazards in workplace. My team mentality
was strong enough even after completion of the project and that encourage my team handling
also. The potential characteristic in work place evaluated through the project.
4. Reflect on Character traits and implications
I have found some good characteristics in me that encourage me for my future
development. To be an entrepreneur I need five main aspects. Achievement need,
independence, accept risk-taking quality, high creativity power and focus of control are the
proposed qualities and all these qualities are in me in the certain percentage. Though I have to
sharpen the process and I will definitely shine in case of persistent and determined. I have the
self-confidence to establish my work in any situation and feel optimistic about the process.
There are two major psychological tests are based on me and all those tests highlight my
growth and specification on creativity and risk-taking ability. Entrepreneur behaviour of
taking the challenge to help them to think big. The creative tendency in my behaviour
specialises in approaching innovative changes in different places. As opined by Schaper et al.
(2014), Creativity is fixed as the inclination to produce or classify thoughts, replacements, or
potentials that can be useful in resolving difficulties, interactive with others, and diverting
ourselves and others. The characterizing creativity is a psychological opinion of having better
option in life. I, personally believes in creative approach in any platform, thus unusual or
different approaches are applied form my end. As commented by Dees (2017) the design
creativity in change in organisation, or making factors for more business advancement help
the entire process. Practice and implementation of ideas is the key challenge in that case and I
have to think suitable way where the balance in the organisation processed after the
implementation of new rule. The determination of goal directive measurement and focus on
that process helps to think over the particular process. The situational analysis is important in

that case to make the proper decision at the right moment help my perspective in the right
way of building my career as an entrepreneur.
