Entrepreneurship is one of the best skills that an entrepreneur has been utilized, in order gain
several benefits while operating and running ventures.
It has driven their attention towards conducting creative activities, which is beneficial in the
context of key stakeholder.
The current presentation will explain scope to different entrepreneurs from local to social.
It will also define similarities and differences between each & situational forces, background and
experiences that can hinder or foster entrepreneurship, and comparison between entrepreneurs,
their background and experiences as well as extent to which it has influence them.

It can be said that scope to entrepreneurship is far reaching, it moves even beyond from chosen
system of a company.
It defined as capability of individual to stimulate economy which enables socio-modification not

between each entrepreneur

Situational forces These types of entrepreneurs may drive their
attention towards starting and running a business,
by driving through a specific situational force. He
belongs to poor family background which made him
capable to enhance their living standard by
beginning a business such as Spinning hat.
In the context of this category of entrepreneur, the
specific situational force is their personal
experience, which drive their attention toward
conducting those activities which may provide in
return benefits to them. Furthermore, they are also
not related to a good family background, as they
suffer a lot to survive, which drive their attention
toward becoming successful business man’s.
Just because of social or environmental issues,
Martin Riddiford and Jim Reeves, drive their
concentration toward introducing no battery lamps
which encompasses capacity to replace Kerosene
lamps. This situation or motive may consider as one
of those situational forces that foster them.
Similarities The main similarity between all these entrepreneurs
that they are tending to achieve their strategic aims
and objectives whether it is short or long or medium
term. Local, international and social businessman
or women effort to reach at desire outcomes for
which they work really hard, which is quite
essential for everyone to do so in systematic and
appropriate manner.
Just like local, global entrepreneurs also attempt to
deal several challenges and effort to achieve specific
goal, which is essential for them to do so. The drive
their attention towards particular concept that is
possible just because of a situational factor.
They may also have strategic option in the context
of funding, which they may choose according to
project or task requirement.
Differences The biggest difference between local and other
types of entrepreneurs is their investment capacity.
As they are unable to make huge investment that
enable them to reach global level.
Local entrepreneurs run and manage their business
growth at national level, which is possible for them.
But international businessman is capable to conduct
their business activities from national to global
level, which enable them to generate revenue more
than their expectations.
They are different from each other on the basis of
investment that they made. The work for which they
effort a lot are also different. For example, social
entrepreneurs act to enhance the living standards of
local people, by providing them health care
services, which is not possible for other types of
entrepreneurs to do that.

successfully. They belong to poor or middle class family background, which foster their performance and make them
richest person’s.
They really work hard to reach current position in the market and achieve set goals which are not that easy for any
person to gain so in effective manner and without making any major mistakes as it may put negative impact on their
current as well as further practices.

Their background and personal experience has influenced their career the most as it can be said that these two
concepts affected in high extent, which individual entrepreneur utilized to grow rapidly but in positive manner.
Zuber and this brother and other businesses man has gained experience from their personal and professional
careers and take action to grow effectively, instead of choosing wrong career option or activity.
