economy because the role, which, they play in the market, is considered healthy for the

entrepreneurs. Achievement motives can be increased deliberately. In addition, the
psychological needs of the entrepreneurship reveal the presence of high achievement among

Managerial and leadership skills: In this context entrepreneurs should have managerial and
leadership skills. Financial skills are on the secondary priority. However, the person who is
an industrial entrepreneur should have an ability to lead and to manage the entire
organisation, which fully contributes organisation in gaining success and reputation
