Phase 1: Pitch
Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) have been rapidly changing
several aspects of human behaviors in technical confirmation access. There have been various
applications and uses of ICT in several fields including education, healthcare, Web2.0 and
several other industries (Lopez 2016). This report has focused on a new application of ICT in the
internet world named as “Blogging”. Blogging is a kind of webpage that help in providing
several information on a particular topic. This blog is based on food and different dishes.
Targetting Audience
This idea has been an interesting one as eating food and delicious dishes have been
common among human beings. There are a huge population who are fond of eating several types
of food and dishes. This blog will consist information of several types of delicious dishes and
food. The recipes will be provided over the blog. This blog will be uploaded over the internet
and reach up to maximum number of people with the help of proper Search Engine Optimization
(SEO) (Hegde 2014). A proper SEO will help in showing link of our food blog on the top of the
Google search results. This will help in increasing the popularity of the food blog among
customers. The reviews of the customers over the food blog will help in analyzing the food blog
properly by the customers. Therefore, the food blog will provide quality content about food
dishes and recipes. Various satisfied customers will help in providing recommendations to their
friends and family members.
Investors Investment
Investors would be agreed to invest in this idea as the market of this idea is very huge and
probability of success has been high. Online food blogging has been easily reachable to the

customers through various media including Television, Facebook, Instagram, Internet and Web
2.0. The food blogging idea has been better than other ICT applications including automobile
applications as there have been more customers who are fond of food than that of cars and other

that of other ICT applications.
Different from other food blogs
The blog will contain video of each recipe about its preparation techniques. Therefore,
this blog will be different from other food blogs as many of them do not provide preparation
video of dishes. The blog will sell e-books of recipes by providing selling links on the blog. All
other food blogs are not looking forward to sell any recipe e-book to users. Therefore, this food
blog will be different from other food blogs in the market. The design of blog has been unique
from ither food blogs. The use of ICT tools including WEB 2.0 has been used in this blog.
Reaching to People
The need of delicious food has been always high in the market. There has been deficiency
of recipes for various customers in the market. This blog will help in providing several types of
cuisines over the blog. The target audience of the blog will be young age people ranging from
20years to 40 years people. This age group people have been fond of travelling and eating
delicious food of various cuisines (Véron 2016). There will be advertisement provided over
different social media about our blog so that maximum number of people can know about this
blog. Social media marketing has been the best platform for marketing digital content to young
generation people as they are active over different social media platform. The advertisement of
the food blog will be provided over various Social media platform including Facebook,

several keywords related to food and dishes in this blog.
Phase 2: Plan
Concept
The planning of the idea has been the most important part of the idea. Blogging consist of
various discrete units named as posts. There will be different types of posts related to food will
be uploaded to the blog. This blog will consist of high quality images and visualization of dishes.
The concept of blogging has been derived from analyzing the digital media market over the
internet. In the 21st century, blogging has been a great platform for helping customers on a
particular issue (Hanifati 2015). Therefore, food sector has been an area in which types of recipe
have been a problem found after analyzing the market. Therefore, this blog will only focus over
providing content about various types of recipes and dishes over the internet. The psychological
part of human nature has been searching keywords over the search engine.

This blog will help in providing several types of cuisines over the blog. The target
audience of the blog will be young age people ranging from 20years to 40 years people. This age
group people have been fond of travelling and eating delicious food of various cuisines.

are various basic plugins installed including content spam filtering, social media tools that help
in sharing content over various social media platforms (Harju, Pehkonen and Niemi 2016).
Caching will be done for making site load faster and being less draining. There will be additional
foodie plugins including EasyRecipe that helps in making easy for entering and printing recipes.
