Reflective Paper
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the reader with details about the reflective analysis of
my experience earned while working on this module and the paper. I believe that every
person has some differentiated talents within them about which they get to know only when
they work for it. In my belief, working for such papers is a way to attain information about
my behavior and learn new concepts as well. Further, it should be noted that this report
provide details about my reflection on the initiatives that I made and things that I learned
while working on the second assessment and self-analysis of the things that I learned and the
things that I need to improve in the near future.
Reflection
While working with group for the second assessment, the most important thing that I realized
was that it is not easy to work with a team of people having different opinion and views about
everything. Resulting in which, to be honest our group faced some cold war and clashes as
well. However, after analyzing all the pros and cons of the topic we all came to a unanimous
decision to choose Amazon organization and Jeff Bezos as the leader as he was best suited on
the basis of our requirement. Therefore, initially, while working on this paper I got to know
about the conflicts present in groups and how I can resolve them. I learned the balance sheet
approach while making selection, that is to write pros and cons on each side and then choose
the best available option. Further, I believe our group initially fought because we were unable
to give responsibilities or even take responsibilities as well. Resulting which work was
getting delayed and issues were rising. Therefore, the first step towards the completion of the
project was to divide the work and responsibility to each and every person which we did and
it resulted in smooth outcomes as well. Secondly, selection of a business was a difficult task
because every person had a different picture in their mind. We had several available options

like Jack Ma, Jeff Bezos and many more and we were unable to select the best suitable
option. With passing time, the options were increasing which was making it more difficult for
us to choose. I believe that we took time in this segment because we were not clearly looking
at the requirements of the task. Therefore, once we clearly understood the task then we
framed the structure of the report using every option in the list and thus we selected Jeff
Bezos because he was best suitable option for the analysis. Further, it should be noted that all
the other segments went smoothly. We only faced difficulty on the initial level because of the
differences in opinion, interpretation and mind set as well. Therefore, according to me, if any
person is working in groups and wants to eliminate the clashes and differences, then they
should divide the work and responsibility to each and every person at the initial level itself. In
this way, there would be no interference and we would get to know about the people who did
the work and the people who are left behind. Thus, in this way, all the problems were solved
using effective team work skills.
Self-Analysis
I clearly mentioned above that I never thought that managing a team would be such a difficult
task. Thus, I believe that the most important aspect that I learned while working was the
benefits of team work and how should a person actually manage a team. In terms of my
personal fit, I think that my nature is sustainable and I can easily sustain in a group but
sustaining and dealing with others are two different concepts. Therefore, I learned how to
deal with people having different types of thinking and behavior as well. An entrepreneur is a
person who works with team, motivate them and let them perform the tasks for the benefit of
the whole organization. Therefore, in terms of an entrepreneurial fit, I learned how to deal
with people of different type of nature. My strength in the given case would be that I can bear
pressure easily and can sustain in group irrespective of how many clashes occur in the
environment as I am clear in my mind that I want to work with the group. Another strength

that appear for me in the given scenario was my calm and conscious mind. Meanwhile all the
other team members were conflicting for the work, I was continuing with my work
effortlessly. Also, my personal weakness would be understanding issue between people. I
know myself and my behavior but I face difficulty in understanding the nature, behavior and
expectation of people in the environment and from me. Resulting in which, I disappoint them
at times; therefore, I need to work on this and eliminate my weakness and make it my
strength so that I could become a good entrepreneur. I believe that professional development
course could easily help me in doing so. I think that I would get to learn many things about
the behavior of people that would help me in understanding people and analyzing what they
want from me. Also, I believe that my personality is adequate and other things I could learn
when the actual situation appears, but it is important for me to change my behavior in this
case so that I could easily convert my weakness into strengths as well. Lastly, the
professional development course would change my behavior and make it more professional
as well. This course would also help me identify the best feature present in me through which
I can differentiate myself from the rest of the world and understand diverse behavior of
diverse people as well. This would help me in my professional life when I will start working
in real world scenarios.
