of emergency medical help and this portion of population
is not fixed because emergency medical service needs can
come in anyone life at any time. As per study due to heavy
traffic many small incidents have taken the shape of
emergency problem in which many people have lost their
life due to lack of needed facility at the right time

reorganization in Russia. This facility will offer inhabitants with evidence regarding any
medicinal medicines within a few instants. To utilize this arrangement, the person must connect
on his smart phone superior software that can be downloaded free without any charge. To get
information about drug genuineness and medical uses an image with a medicine barcode must be
skimmed by the application (Panasyuk, 2013). Russia, regardless of many dares, there are a lot
of chances for the expansion of online and mobile healthcare services.

There are still problems such as a lack of means to connect with doctors in emergency time and
incapability to use updated and expensive technologies and smart mobile phones for patients,
topographical distance and lack of WiFi coverage in isolated topographical regions. However,
the tendency is positive. Hence our innovation will help in solving all these problems by
providing the fastest route in reaching the patient with in affordable price and is under the reach
of the entire citizens.
